It seems like the correct decision, although I am very sad to lose Dave. He is a great guy, the history of the team is amazing and some of the biggest possible riders will be up for grabs, making the upcoming season very unpredictable.
Another french(ish) team in the PT sucks, especially looking at the pool of frenchies on free :-)

Thanks SN and rest of MGUCI for promoting Metinvest, we will do our best to not let you down, even more when we got in after some of the greatests teams ever in the game had to leave due to leeser activity. Also i should thank DD for rejecting the promotion, cool decision.
As Roman suggested, there are three czech managers in the game and all of them in PT now.
I have to re-plan a bit, but no problem when it means racing in the big league.

Yeah, you and I will need to have a chat about who gets who
Going to miss a lot of the disbanding teams, Wikipedia were always a favourite of mine as were B&O. Going to be tricky for us to stay up, and also for us to get Pinot as I've been trying for since my first season, but I'll do my damndest. Looking forward to being the first Sri Lankan team in the PT, as well as the first Asian team - I think? - alongside Meiji. |

Sad to see some big and historical teams go. Shows however that everyone can feel the "SN-hammer". Will be strange not seeing Wikipedia there at the top
This should lead to quite a crazy transfer season though Another season where some of the greatest riders of the game is up for grabs
Congratulations to all the guys promoting, looking forward to kicking your ass this year ;-)

Well, I think it's for the best we declined promotion, PCT is looking really tough. Let's see how the transfers work out and maybe we can get a good ranking this year!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

SotD gets to sign them all, while you or jt can loan from him any French that he doesnt have space for. Isn't that how it usually works?

At first I wondered how on earth we could avoid relegation next year, but seeing half the division are promoted CT-teams makes me sigh in relief. Will we a tough, but fair battle in PCT's lower regions.

Definitely sad to see a couple of American guys leave the Man-Game, like Dave and Levi.
Thank you for the opportunity to ride PT. I am pretty sure we will be near the bottom but it was always the long term goal and in terms of the development of the core of my team it was also probably the right time to move up. The decision was actually quite difficult but Meiji has been riding "PCT" for our entire lifespan so the sponsor suggested we move up a division. The trick now is to stay competitive and still have the majority of the team remain Japanese, which seeing some of the upcoming free-agents looks quite possible.
Its also nice to know if there are any good Asians on the free agent market I have financial superiority over other Asian focused teams

Congratulations to the promoted teams.
Thanks SN to let me continue in the game. I hope this year, apart from being more active, you could use me to do some work behind the scenes. I would really appreciate that.

How can it be less legitimate of the team's still running, Gazelle was the 20th best in the game the top 22 make it into the PT, that's pretty legit to me. |

Nah seriously depends on the plans he had, talents and all. Plus I can imagine staying at PCT will be more fun, winning loads with a strong team is much more fun than struggling to stay alive in PT. Building a strong foundation in PCT for PT next year can do more good in long run than possible straight promotion and relegation.

Yeah, that is powergaming approach, i know you both like it with DD, but for Metinvest for example, it would make zero RPG sense to turn that offer down, when reaching PT is the main goal of the project.
