I'd like that, 3rd place on a stage is not bad for a CT team, wonder what we'll do in the mountains now

Nice report Tsmoha!
Pretty cool stage to follow and another nice win for Bacardi. Hopefully we are represented in the next break and Augustyn can manage a top 10/top 8.

One more stage to forget. This does not promise anything good for my team

That is pretty much where I wanted to be, nothing more to expect, nothing less to accept. I hope we can keep Augustyn behind with a favourable stage 3 ratio, and I wonder if Duarte will suffer a slight bit there.
I didn't realize white was a mere formality, always good to have some steady points from that classification throughout the season.

Off to a great start, couldn't have hoped for anything better. Now let's hope the hilly/mountain stage doesn't fuck Intxausti up.

Ouch, came up against a strong field. Welp.

Not bad from Brajkovic. Gotta think it's Inxaustis to lose

Decent from Pozzovivo, but a little troubling that the two people we lose time to, are the strongest time trialists. No way of catching up in the end. Third place should be OK though.

Good start for Duarte. Hoping the mo/hill-ratio on the next stage is high enough for Duarte to be up there once again.

Thankfully that stage more or less played out as a real mountain stage. Very bad luck for Brajkovic though, getting blocked. The overall is probably in the bag, aswell as all 3 jerseys probably. Our first overall win also turning out to be our best race of the season!
Really enjoying the reports btw, tsmoha!

Nerz looking comfortable once settled behind Brajkovic, so luckily no changes there. Maybe he can stay ahead of Lofkvist, but either way that's a safe Top 10 plus a jersey, what more to ask for.

Hopefully Augustyn can make it into the top 10. Other than that we don't have much to show for this race...

I have to be realistic it would be very difficult to do better than Gerdemann has done, there is a lot of competition and high quality. Going into the final stage with the possibility to reach the top10 is better than expected at the start of this race.
