You think 13 will fix that Cio? Given the fact that Cyanide is ignoring this well known problem of GC riders beating sprinters for years, i doubt that.

if the game had picked Rowe as the lead sprinter instead of Briggs, who knows what could have happened...
Bpost must be very pleased so far - as long as the game mechanics don't screw em over.

The way that sprint went, the only thing I can think is that it was windy or the lead outs were far too weak. Kupfernagel went from too far out and Haussler looked like powderpuff.
Gavazzi though was outstanding!

7th place for Kupfernagel is another major disappointment for AMEX. He may be quick but we can never seem to get him to the 1k banner in position to compete. We have 3 more sprint chances in this race so we still have hope Kupfernagel can get it together.
Our young German sprinter Selig and Reinhardt looked to have brought him solidly to the front, but they faded early, not unexpected due to thier inexpereince, but Kupfernagel needs to be competing for podiums not top 10's.
Frustrating!

Every race is passing Gajek nearest unemployment, a stage almost flat and he can not even be near the front ... Irvine continues to surprise and 11th place is an optimal result

That's one of the reasons why I didn't bought a ''pure sprinter'' during the transfer season. Ok, Eefting, but there's 0 possibility that he will lead the team this season in any race, if I recall. |

Rowe was probably tired from the hills, but definitely a shame after the effort the team put in. They were tremendous.
Next season; Anyone wanna buy a pair of British 80+ sprinters?

Great for Gavazzi but sucks for me. Feillu is a bit of a muppet. If I have the money next year he might benefit from some extra sprint stats.
Ah well I've still got a decent points haul already here and if Cornu at least can manage a good GC placed then it will have been with sending him here.

Gavazzi is a better Puncheur than my two and cheaper, how did I miss him? |

Gavazzi is an excellent rider and great signing indeed. He might prove just tad less useful in PCM 13 however every team should have a rider like him in a team.
Hopefully Lijke next season is going have similar season Gavazzi is having

It was really a huge mistake to send both my "top" sprinters to this race, but Roche taking some bonus seconds makes up for some of it!

Taking into account the capabilities of my team this is not a very bad race for us. Irvine has been in a good level

Some strange sprints so far. Still twice we saw an impressive Gavazzi taking the win. He looks really good for the overal now but so does Roche by taking those bonus seconds.

Great second win in a row for Gavazzi, i love those hilly sprinters, he was on our shortlist too. Congrats to UPC!

Yes, finally playing out like I imagined it in the transfer season . 4th by Elijzen in the prologue wasn't bad either, but Gavazzi with another yellow jersey in a stage race is awesome.
Check out my ManGame team here

Great to see Hansen in a break-away, and Tianen is doing well in the sprint as well. Crespo is a huge disappointing, but overall I´m quite satisfied with the race so far! |
