Kankovsky is a really good sprinter in C2 races. 3rd is pretty weak for him actually.
Was a little bit pissed off to see one of my riders falling again, but I can't be unhappy with 60 points. Still need to make up a lot though, so I hope March will be my month.
Well, for a 65 Flat rider, I would consider 3rd a pretty good place. |

Kankovsky proving he should be the best of all so-called 'track'-sprinters. His stats are all around 65 which is better than other of his kind. Underated siging!
And congrats to jaxika!

Vangenechten is sorry for causing a fall.
My reaction to the race: expected nothing, got nothing. All is well.
It was nice to see my team attack and I'm glad the Dutch favorite won.

here were no expectations for this race and as I predicted a top15 was the best we could get, 9 points is no big deal but it's still better than nothing.

Not the best result, but I'm happy with the total amount of points we managed to take. Congrats to Allianz!

I am really glad i decided to not compete in a single C2 race this year, because when you fail in CT with your PCT team, it has to be even worse feeling when faling in own division race (and chance for bigger point gains through surprises is even smaller). Amex is very unlucky so far...
Congrats to Allianz, they are having very good season are they are one of my favourite teams, really good off season job jaxika!

I see no reason at all to compete in C2 races. There will always be better riders from C2 teams there as they can send higher average riders and you don't need the race days for younglings either.

That's wrong. Lvl1-riders definitely take profit by racing C2.. Plus: I still can put competitive riders there, a pure TTist for example

But they don't need it to get lvl 3, hence why I said you don't need them. But to each their own, I guess I need all the lucky breaks I can get in C1 races to stay in PCT. So I can't afford to race C2 races.

The reason for racing C2 races is without them it take 50 race days to go from 1.00 to 2.00 with it takes 33 race days. |

Still i can take my three or four talents from lvl1 to lvl3 only in C1/HC races and as i skip C2 completly, i have plenty of C1/HC race days for them to choose from. So giving them 50 C1 (just 40 with Avenir) +40HC from my available 175 race days is nicely possible.
Spoiler I hope i did not screw the formula and it is counted like that for 1/00 rider: 20Avenir + 40C1 rd (jump to lvl2) + 40 HC rd = 3/00
But i agree it differs from team to team, for some it can be maybe good way. But my best rider allowed to race C2 would be like 77 sprinter or 74 puncher, so i would only fail most times there against big guns of the division, just too much risk for almost no gain.

Kankovsky is a fast sprinter who I hope will get many more good results like this one, dissapointed in Siedler as he didn't contribute in the train, although I think in the end we didn't need him, Papok and Clarke done a superb job and great for Papok to hang onto a top 10 finish, which will no doubt help the team, a couple of high finished already this season, happy with how things are going
Congratulations to Hans Dekkers and his team, great fight in the sprint and great win
