Oh Ilias, you so crazy. Just attacking all over the place, though it didn't really work out for him. I'm sure the sponsor will be pleased though.
Overall 16th for Ilias and 23rd for Eibegger is reasonable for us, though they could have done better, maybe. Meh, get those points on the board. This was not really a race that suited us.
DMW really showing some early form, he's getting great points for his racedays. Gazelle not getting wins, but 6 riders in the top 20, yikes, so very strong from them. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record; another strong race for Iberia.
The PCT teams got some decent points except WWE who got shut out

Thrilling sprint indeed. Congratulations to fintas!
Weening reminding me of Boogerd again. Why do al that work with Sanchez and Mehr-Wenige on your wheel? A slightly disappointing performance by Weening, both in final result and tactics.
But I did stay within my expectations with Weening 3d, Furdi 4th and Westra 14th. Also nice to see the domestiques dominating the race for so long. My sponsor will be happy with that.

Really exciting finish, and great win for Adira! Thought Sanchez was about to nip past him, but he was clearly already on the limit.
Nice work with the report, Smowz

Exciting race that was. Congrats to Adira, Mehr-wenige is really living up to the expectations!
Great report too Smowz

Nice win by Mehr-Wenige. I can't believe I didn't send Chaoufi to this race with his 76 stamina but oh well |

Good race and nice report. I watched as outsider, but it was very interesting. Good job from Mehr-Wenige |

What a surprise ... I did not expect this, knew that a top5 was very likely but was not waiting for victory. Great racing, great report.
Yet beginning to get worried because my team does not seem able to do whatever without the Mehr-Wenige. The first month ends perfectly and now only hope that the next one is as good or better.

I'll take 8th, a valiant effort from Barrio in one of the longest races of the season for him. Congrats to fintas for stopping the Iberia win streak. Cool to see Portuguese and Spanish teams starting the season off well.

I don't think that could have gone much worse at all. I'm really disappointed with that as I felt we could have got at least a top 10. Hopefully this is a one off and not a sign of things to come over the rest of the season.

Congratulations to fintas, Adira and Mehr-Wenige.
For us was a productive race with Grau 7th, Nieve 12th and Calzati 15th. Good results so far but a little far from the top teams.

Better than expected for Wang, a good race for Armavia!
Great sprint battle though, congrats to Dietmar |

Great finale there. I can see Weening be this year's also-ran if he keeps this up.

Great report of a great race, so much action! Congrats to Adira and their Mehr-Wenige, he is absolutely everywhere at the start of the season (will he even ride in the 2nd half of the season?)

Figured I should post the updated team standings, given the change at the top!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Ibeira are just gonna own everyone this year.
If they stayed in the top CT spot all season I would not be surprised.
As for our team, I don't like us down there at the bottom so hopefully that will change after Tachira

Take that PCT teams!
Think it will get less from now on. Only 12 racedays were we will be competitive untill May. Others are HC and C1 races where our young guys will get a chance.

Iberia might be better than ~5-10 PCT teams in the end. Right now they ate pretty awesome.
For myself 30 points/raceday is quite nice. |

Interesting to note that a lot of PCT promotion favourites have got off a bit on the wrong foot.
