First race where the expectations are low, given the competition have to admit that our goals will be very low. One or more top10 of stages by Gajek and a top10 or 15 on GC with Cabreira should be the maximum to which we can aspire.
The winner will be decided between Arroyo and Marzano, I am very expectant to see the fight between Kappa - ENI and Die Berg Komt Er .. For sprints Polivoda is my favorite for its best capabilities uphill.

Looking forward to this race, should be a nice battle on the 5th stage, but i cant look past Arroyo, if he will not go nuts on attacking and loosing energy too soon. Also "flat" stages should be a lot of fun for those not in the race.
And yeah, i love the preview too, great work Alakagom, bring on the reports! I hope Polivoda from PrivatBank will show the other fast men how we can sprint in Ukraine.

BAM!
No train for me tho...
Hoelgaard looking strong aswell, now let's hope MAF Cunha goes into attack mode so we don't have to pull the pack...
Awesome report, and oh I love my bikes...
EDIT: Just found out Poli was my only guy in the entire top 50...

As I had predicted Polivoda takes the best of the competition, Gajek close to fulfilling one of the objectives of the team and Amaro Antunes very well to fight for KoM and a 6th place overall ..
Nice report Alakagom

Iberia isn't leaving much for the other teams so far
Guess the other sprints will be pretty much the same as this one, Arroyo is looking to leave no doubt whatsoever.
And congratz to PrivatBank ofcourse

On a positive note: Marzano crushed Arroyo.
On a more negative. Morenos ability to get results on semihard stages like this one can be a problem throughout the season. Suddenly the mountain seem very small. |

Moreno makes the race more interesting. When being able to get more bonus seconds and hanging on Arroyo`s/Marzano`s wheel long enough on the climb he might have a good chance.
And quite impressed by Gajek. CT Tour seems to be a good division for him. Even with the climb still a notable result. Might be better on a pure flat stage. |

This is good! Might have even been better if Anton Martin and Moreno work together, don't know who should lead out who though. These 12 seconds could prove to be very valuable.
Did Moreno actually follow a sprint train cause on the screens before the red kite, it looks like he is just hanging there?

WOOOOOWWW 8th! 1 point for Haddi! When I saw we missed the BAoD I was disappointed but now seeing this result I'm over the moon.
Congratulations to Privatbank!
With Moreno taking bonuses the overall has taken a turn. Let see if he can keep it up in the next stages.
Fantastic report Alakagom. Thanks

I too am surprised in a positive way. The next stage with the mountain further away from finish will take to get doubts if this was just a fluke or if I can really count on him to get points for the team ...

The mountain on the next stage is shorter to the finish as the 2nd stage is 50 kms less long. Let's hope this helps Moreno again

Polivoda
I am happy for our partners from PrivatBank, good for them that we were not entering the silly transfer season fight for services of Polivoda with them.

Good rides from Soupe Boivon and Houle (4th,9th and 11th) respectively shapes well for the next stage considering we were too far back with 5km to go |

Iberia is really looking for a flying start to the season!
Congratulations to Avin, that was a strong win by Polivoda. And very nice to see Hoelgaard try his luck in the breakaway, resulting in the youth jersey |
