Sponsor system works (mostly except goals and budget)
AI is improved (mostly, except mountains on occasions)
More races, more teams (with db's)
3 tier system is great.
I find it very fun, and better than 11, but thats just me
Only get it if its cheap though

I have played the game very little, but at least from comments were really that much changes to the AI? Or is it simply the same that is improved every game. Actually, in the little I played I had some problems with the AI (e.g. peloton stops racing with 5 kms left, I attack with a rider and win by 2 mins.). More races/more teams isn't really a valid point to me either. The number of teams/races doesn't matter, the PCMDaily DB had already more teams than the Official Release, and you could find some much bigger DBs, with a lot more teams and races. The introduction of rules for races was a good thing, but I don't think it's a much hard thing to be done, neither that it's alone a "big" feature. And I've no idea what's 3 tier system

i know the races/teams is db but for me its an important thing
I've had no real issues with AI, except the odd mountain stage...
AI is usual stuff, mostly how it takes in more variables when chasing...
It was all just my opinion... I have fun with the game

I'm not saying it's not an important thing, I'm just saying that there are several DBs which had much more teams/races than the Official Release of PCM12.. it's certainly not a PCM12-exclusive thing, and thus I wouldn't call it a feature

fair point
but they work better with 3 divisions, which is a pcm12 feature
