But who are those riders? Urán, Henao? They did lead in the Giro and other races. Who else?

When you have 20 riders in your team who could be a leader, some of them will not be leaders. That takes them out of the competition and thus reduces the quality of the sport as a whole.
Who are they ?
No point listing Henao/Uran in that list as those two lead in all races except Vuelta. EBH is Sky leader at most races and will be even more with Cav gone. I am struggling to come up with names tbh. Porte and Rogers could be leaders at other teams - but are nowhere winning material. I can't see many more tbh.

Next season (which is what we are talking about), the riders who could be leaders of several other teams:
EBH
Froome
Henao
Porte
Siutsou
Swift
Uran
Wiggins
Cataldo
JTL
Kiryienka
Now I admit that most of them got leadership roles at (some) races last year and will likely get it throughout this year as well, but I just think that it would be better for the sport to have that talent spread more evenly. Not to mention the fact that Wiggins was leader from March to July whereas most other teams would share the leadership at races like the Dauphine and allow someone else to fulfill their ambition. That's what I'm pissed off about more than anything.

Yeah, I get what you mean, and I partly agree, but most of those riders will get to lead in some races which fit them, so I don't see a big problem. I totally agree about the "talent should be more evenly spread" part 100% though, but it's unavoidable in a sport without any kind of budget/salary cap.
You can have a look at the final standings of the Spanish football league in the last few years to see what's like to have a sport where talent is horribly concentrated in a few teams.

And I guess I should explain, I don't hate the riders, I just hate the way the team is run. I used to like Sky because I always find nationally-focussed teams interesting but then they started to splash out with huge amounts of money on talents who are good enough to be leaders and then (I feel) mistreated them compared to the leadership and support that they deserve. Henao and Uran would be given the support of other climbers at most other teams but here they have to work together because the team is focussed so heavily on its British leaders and is willing to foresake these talented foreign riders for the good of these two. And if Wiggins tries for the Giro-Vuelta double next year while Froome leads the Tour it will be even worse in that regard.
I'm not going to argue about this (mostly because it is almost 2:30am and also because I can't be bothered) but it is pretty much how I feel and why I criticise so many of their signings.

Rujano signs for Vacansoleil-DCM, that's what the word is anyway, expected to be confirmed in the next couple of days. |

A salary cap might work a bit better in cycling because it's an internationally run sport without a real counterpart so riders wouldn't be poached as in other sports. |

Not really. He didn't say they were domestiques for Wiggins this year, he said they're too good to be mountain domestiques for Wiggins, which will totally happen next year if Wiggins targers Giro-Vuelta and Froome-Tour. They might lead in some less-important races, but they'll still very likely be domestiques for Wiggo at some point

Yes the will be used for sure next Year as domestiques for Wiggins or Froome. And this Year as "Leaders" at the Giro the had to work for Cavendish in the flat Stages. Im pretty sure they will be leaving Sky next Year. |

Speaking of Sky, whatever happened to Geraint Thomas? Wasn't he supposed to be the next big thing, capable of dominating the classics?
Or more likely, Phil and Paul overrated him like they do to pretty much every English speaking rider.

He is an immensely talented rider, it is just that no one quite knows where he fits in yet (though he will probably become a classics rider who can TT, I would expect to see him win something like Eneco Tour at some point). But more importantly, he also rode track for the Olympics so that took up a lot of his season.
Regardless this year he won the Romandie Prologue, came 2nd in the two Giro ITT and 2nd at the Post Danmark Rundt ITT.
