Not quite. I wanted to make that story, but I figured it could be a fun side note. I tried to write that, but the only reason I gave up was because I didn't have the time or mindset to write reports for an hour.

When does it mention you're not an admin? If it's when you're trying to open the exe in the normal way, try running it as an admin. If not, try Firefox and see what happens there.
