Well, in Liège they know the home game against Anderlecht is always tense. The management always makes a kind of agreement with the fans concerning the content of the banner that will be used.
After the game, the preses asserted that 'the brought banner was not the same as the one that was introduced and approved.'
Its still a bit sick though, in the English Premiership the home team would recieve a fine for that. |

It's simply disgusting, I don't get how some 'fans' can adore it and even state this in front of TV cameras

Agreed Avin. We have our share of brainless football fans over here too (all codes) but that's just disgusting.

Not a fan of stuff like that, but I wouldn't put it on the same level as other things that cross the line though, e.g. chanting slurs and stuff
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

In other news, the Conservatives(centre-right) have, despite all opinion polls saying it was going to be 'close', thumped Labour(centre-left) in the UK election.

Besides the traditional Right-Left battle I'm more impressed for the results of the SNP, 56 out of 59 of the seats elected in the scottish soil. I'm not so sure now if the current generation has lost his chance as Salmon said last September.
Also, Cleggs blow is something that will be remembered for some years.

The Scots were told vote SNP, get a Labour government with us pulling the strings.
Instead, they've gotten a Tory government where the SNP are the third largest party, yet have no power whatsoever.
And just for a view of how close the polls were: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/politics/po...ll-tracker

So the SNP get 1.4 million votes and 56 seats, and UKIP get 3.8 million votes and 1 seat. Gotta love FPTP logic sometimes

Go to Poland, you see a disaster. If you choose a conservative party, you propably minimise the effects. Only right is the good direction, especially now. |

Putin's going to bring in 40 new intercontinental ballistic missiles, while his economy continues to buckle under the EU sanctions. But hey, if we're all dead, who's left to care?

I still think arming Ukraine, military intervention and even taking away the flipping World Cup will only provoke him further.
