Halloween? Is it that USA commercial shit that stands for Feast of All Saints, how is it called in Europe? Just a moneymaking holiday like Valentines day, so yeah, enjoy it...

Its not like that at all... They have changed now to be organized events where all children go to one location, such as a school or church, and tons of community members show up with their cars decked out or little areas decked out in decoration. It is safe and supervised.
Other ways they go about this is only go in groups of 5+ and only go to a house if porch lights are on.
I am in college and I just went trick or treating

Honestly Halloween is the best one day "holiday" of the year. I dont care if you dont like the candy part, but dressing up, seeing cool costumes/scary costumes and going to parties or cool "haunted" events just make it fun.

Originally years ago they tricked you, usually by putting firecrackers on your roof (in England).

They bitch and moan for a while then leave and complain to their parents about "how mean that guy was", sometimes including, but not limited to, crying, temper tantrums, parents becoming enraged, parents threatening to sue, etc.

Usually if your porch light is off you ARE NOT supposed to go to that house.
Generally, people scrounge though there house for anything little to give, and if that fails it might be like 50 cents or something per person

Edit: And on the topic of Halloween, I just don't get it. It was fun when I was little, but I remember going out to "trick or treat" when I had turned 11, going to 3 houses, and being like, "I'm a little too old for this," and just going home. Haven't thought about the day since.
Didn't help that we got a blizzard and a hurricane the 2 years after that, causing there to be a lot of downed trees and power lines and the government to officially outlaw outdoor Halloween activities.
