My prep race before the USA National Championships.
I didn't do much riding in my month off, so I might be a bit rusty.
June 20-23, 2017 : Tour of America's Dairyland
In 2013 I helped Nankervis finish 8th after I crashed on Stage 2.
I haven't been back here since then, but the course remains unchanged.
Nobody looks too threatening.
If I play my cards right this could be a great tour for me.
Well, it has to be. The team is counting on me as the team captain.
--- *** --- *** --- *** ---
I may not have rode a lot during my mini-vacation but I did spent hours
reviewing the tapes of how Nankervis got the stage win here in 2013.
Jumping right into the final climb. Fox does a great job bring the breakaway back in time to set-up Berry and I for an attack. Everything is going according to plan.
The peloton is slow to react. 5kms to go. I can't believe this is working!
Under the banner I take a peek under my shoulder. Where is everybody?!?
Wow! I can't believe how easy that was.
A month away from racing and I still got it.
Kids take notes. Studying pays off in the end.
(And don't cheat. I learned that one the hard way.)
Now I just have to hold onto this lead for the next 3 stages,
and not repeat the past again by crashing on stage 2.

EXP Points to be applied after the tour ends.
Spoiler
My training is now in your hands for the rest of my career.
After each race I can receive both EXP and Form Points.
EXP is a permanent stat gains while Form is temporary (the next race update).
A maximum of 3 EXP and 5 Form can be rewarded after each stage.
After any stage I receive EXP or Form points
you guys get to decided where I put those stat gains to use.
All you have to do is comment on which category you want
1 of the stat gains to go (Ex. Mountain, Sprint, Flat, etc.)
The EXP points are used up first followed by the Form.
Each member can only say one category for themselves.
And it will go until all the points are used up.
If you have any questions about my training, leave a question below.
It looks confusing at first but it's rather simple,
and this will be the only method for me to progress talent wise.

Now, now, he had to crash somewhere at the time the third pic was taken, right?
Anyways, it was a nice 1-2! Amazing

The squad picture? That was taken after the first stage because I forgot to do it at the start of the race. Otherwise, I have no clue what you are referring to.

Studying tapes? This is cycling, not (american) football Great win for Travis, quite easy indeed! With bonus, the lead is 1' 16"? That shouldn't be a hard lead to keep. Hopefully he'll also 'study' a way to avoid repeating Nankervis failure in keeping the leader's jersey

@bbl: What happened to cob
@Mre: I was kinda referring to his crash in the episode you linked and kinda referring to how it was a downhill...anyhow forget it
And on that subject, everyone go back to S7. Notice how one stat reaaaaallllllly improved and the others not really?

This story is amazing!
I have been following it for a while, even though i didn't post.
Too bad about people just chosing stats randomly like the Cobbles guy and that DH guy that apparently got everyone on the troll bus...
Anyways, you got a lovely story here! |

Well I was serious about it until I heard it was ending. Now there is no point in actual development. It's better to just have some fun before it ends.

It doesn't have to end bbl?
Where does it say that the story actually ends? And I mean clearly, not vague.

Because ending in Season 16 feels like the right move to make for me. Plus, I need a few months off to regroup and prepare my new story idea I have planned for PCM14. The Comeback was great, and by far my best story, but it's time for me to move on and coming up with something even better. Wink
I set the bar pretty high here, but I think my next project can beat it.
So, I'll let you just ponder that as this comes to a close. Cool

Oh okay then
Still, just develop him seriously, so he can have major results in the last part of the story
