You obviously weren't watching.
Come on. Someone has to be with me. You don't take a guy out and get away with it. Cycling isn't a contact sport!
Spilak is right. If Veelers wouldn't have been slowing down, he wouldn't have crashed
Like, I said "shoulder to shoulder" are a normal thing in sprints

That doesn't mean winging into the guy with your elbow.
Again. If Veelers would have also been sprinting we would have seen the same picture as above. But, he looked behind (wtf?!) saw it was Cav that is behind him and not Kittel so he decided to slow down
At the moment Veelers slowed down, Cav was going to the right already. After that, Veelers slipped away on the white line, moving a bit to right, while Cav though he could pass already with the left. If Veelers didn't slipped away, the accident would be different, but probably Cav had hit the frontwheel of Veelers then. |

McEwen did it more than once
So that's where Renshaw learned that move

Looks like Ten Dam might have lost 5 seconds according to PCS so he might slip down behind the Saxo-Tinkoffs in the GC; not sure though

Sagan, the closest man to the crash, said it was a racing incident and wasn't Cav's fault. Tbh I agree, but the reality is that he'll probably get 3rd taken from him.

Talansky and Porte lost 1:40. Might be not factoring in 3km rule. |

If this move is not awarded with stage relegation, jury is just a joke. This was the fine example of dangerous riding. Butting the slowing rider who holds the line, stupid. Clear case imo.

Ahhahaha who in OPQS let Cav out of the team bus that soon for an interview? Glad they did he just nicked the tape recorder of a vocal reporter mid mass interview.
"Mark I want my tape recorder back...Mark!"

Talansky crashed way before the final 3km

Yes, but he got back on. Could have been dropped again though. |

I'm quite surprised that there is no punishment at all. It merits something at least.

I'm surprised Cavendish isn't blaming Veelers at all. |

There is still the matter of the missing tape recorder - jury may not act but I see an impending Gendarme raid for the tape recorder quickly followed by throwing away the key...
