Farewell WT. I will dearly miss you. Both me and bad luck contributed to this absolute failure. Terrible transfer season, but this doesn't certainly justify the way PCM treated us.
On another note, wow congrats TR! Happy to see what is probably the most complete team win the WT in such a style! Congrats to Bikex too for what seemed like an almost certain win, at least until the first week of the Tour when something happened to Contador. All in all, a 2nd place in such a fierce field is about fine. And props to knockout as well, who even with some terrible luck with his sprinters managed to be this high still. Incredible last half of the season if you ask me.
Happy to see Croatia's team in the WT thanks to a perfect off season if you ask me, and just a bit of luck where it was needed. Great work!
And thanks to all those who helped out with the reports! Would have liked to do more, but work and the EP kept me from doing it. Was nice to contribute as well though! Thanks Bikex for all you did this year!

Damn it, Fiskars stole the show really close in both rankings, especially in CT. But given the fact that his team is much stronger than mine I´m pretty happy with the outcome. Especially seing Fuglsang winning the CT trophy.
Seing that we only had 3 real scorers (Bazhkou, Kelderman, Fuglsang) we might go into next season with a very reduced team. Guys like the Russian trio and Kruijswijk could be very good for attacks on WT level though. The most interesting personality will be Groenewegen, with him it all depends on how good he will develop.
The DT will be completely new next season though. Point scorers Laas and Slik getting too old and not decided to go or stay. Budyak also depends on his developement, could pair up with Buchko as the only DT staying guys. Many additions to come there though, we had some very interesting talent negotiantions someone told me ...

9th place, definitely not what we hoped for. A few riders were very disappointing in my key races, will have to keep that in mind for the renewals. The dev team actually did better than expected, looking forward to improvement file for Vanbutsel!
Congratulations to The Rider, adding Froomebot to an already strong team gave you the win!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Thank you everyone for a top season, I am definitely enjoying the ICL more than ever: the quality graphics really have enhanced this season, the game is becoming more refined and some nostalgic feelings after three seasons done, now, - super!
Now the titles are confirmed! Fantastic, and thank you for the congratulations! A really consistent quality season from the team, can't have any regrets apart from the abandonment in the Basque country: which shows how well the team needed to be to hold off the rest, Italo especially.
Some big names to leave and some love going to Korup means we might compromise a title challenge for ICL2017, but who knows yet! |

Second to last isn't ideal first season but the wins we did get were all earned and happy with the focus race GC win in Juarez as a huge highlight. Hopefully I can build a better team to angle for promotion in the coming seasons. And Madrazo and Bewley can get their proper MG stats.
Gratz to everyone who got promoted and especially The Rider for his overall win, well deserved. But also cheers to those who stuck around all season and most importantly Bikex and his awesome reporting crew!

Good opening season for Peugeot, not near the bottom as I was fearing but nicely in the upper half of the Continental Tour.
Thanks to Bikex and every other reporter and congrats The Rider on the PT crown

And now our survival is official and our season goal achieved. \\
Really happy with this season, our team raced pretty well, especially with 3 Vuelta stage wins and a top ten GC, congrats to the promoting teams I hopefully will be able to stay above the battle of next season and hope to see the relegating teams again in the WT
Thanks to all the reporters and especially bikex for this great season and to TR on the title

Really bad season for us, finishing in almost last...
I think Anton's constant crashes affected us but I believe we can tur around next season, with a refresh to the squad.

Both my top team and feeder squads had very much unassuming years. We will look to crack top 10 next year.
Guardini and Nizzolo showed occasional flashes but we really lacked that one true season defining result and no winning a weak Tour de Suisse field really does not count
Still we have maintained an identity and will look to continue to strengthen our stocks come the off season. I am encouraged about Fiat's chances of improving though David Per will disappear they still have much to look forward to.

Eurosport had a great first year at WT level.
Managed stage wins in all 3 Grand Tours and KOM in La Vuelta.
Finished higher than expected 10th in the WT rankings.
Amazing win in Avenir.
Watched an exciting finale to the season, congratulations to The Rider for the win.
But mainly I had loads of fun for which I have to thank everyone who helped make this season move along at such a great pace especially Brewers and Bikex.
Eurosport-Pepsi is no more, next season Suntory take over as sponsor. Looking forward to it already

Like I said, I wanted to try something new with the World Championships in adding Qualification races. This will give more countries the chance to take part at the WC. Here is how I thought this will hapen. There will be 4 races, 2 road races and 2 TTs on the same course as the world championships. The races will be divided into races for European countries and races for every other country.
There are countries that are directly qualified for the WC race due to their ranking these are:
Spoiler Italy
France
Belgium
Netherlands
Spain
Germany
Colombia
Great Britain
USA
Australia
Poland
Denmark
Norway
South Africa
Kazakhstan
Countries that will have a team at the European Qualification race:
Spoiler Slovakia
Czech Republic
Slovenia
Portugal
Ireland
Estonia
Austria
Luxembourg
Russia
Sweden
Switzerland
Croatia
Lithuania
Belarus
Greece
Ukraine
Hungary
Turkey
Latvia
Moldavia
Cyprus
San Marino
Georgia
And for the other race:
Spoiler Canada
Eritrea
New Zeeland
Costa Rica
Ethiopia
Brazil
Japan
Venezuela
Namibia
Argentina
Sambia
Algeria
Iran
Mexico
Dominican Republic
Kirgizistan
Cameroon
Bolivia
Malaysia
Barbados
Morocco
Panama
Simbabwe
Bermudas
For the qualification the best finishing rider of each team counts. For the European race the best 4 teams get an own team at the WC race and the next 4 will form a mixed team together. At the other race the best team from each continent (except Oceania) will get an own team plus the next best country will as well. Also there will be another mixed team with the next best country from each continent (except Oceania) plus another team.
----
These races will be the first individual races in the World Championships week and can start as soon as a reporter has time to do these. I have uploaded everything that's needed in a seperate folder in the reporters folder. Put the team and team_shirt folder where they belong and choose one of the databases depending on the race you do. Then you are ready to go, please start with the TT.
Also I added an excel file called Resultswithflags, this makes it possible to add flags to the results, like the name suggests. Just post the exported result in there (from column "Name" until column "Time" ). |

Alright. It's just a really cold post-uni day where I don't want to do anything so thanks for the procrastination.
