This would be considered as joke in better times of this forum, before everything went hipsty and tied with rules.
After what he did, that's a problem,
anyway valverde is right, this is a stupid section...
What he did, was trolling the most immature and naive member of the site? Maybe Daily should have some age restriction, when children cant handle the reality of the internet and need to be defended by banning the much more worthy members than they are...
About Pedro, now it is stupid to the roof, but few years back it was a place where to talk about off topic with other members in mostly friendly manner. I agree it is 99% bullshit now, especially at night (God bless America).

Agreed. I barely ever visit it now because it is just ROFLRANDOM crap or talking about post counts.
Time for another patented TMM Injury/Medical Story/Rant!!! (I know you guys love these )
So the continuing saga of my left knee enters a new phase of ridiculousness today. I have no scored a "connect 4" of different diagnosis from 4 different professionals. 1) The Doctor with Patellar Tendon strain. 2) The Hospital with Cartilage Tear. 3) The Other Doctor with Ligament strain. 4) The Physio with "nothing". So apparently no-one knows what is wrong with my knee, so go NHS!
Latest development will have me on a series of strengthening and bluking excersises so that the surrounding muscles can learn to compensate for any issues in the area. What those issues are could be anything of the above problems So while the NHS continues to not help there are some upsides.
First is that all this cock up is free, and that if in the end something is seriously wrong then i can sue for much moneys. Second is that now i have the all-clear to return to sport and this means that with some lcuk i might be able to play in Handball Nationals in March, fingers crossed.
But basically f*ck the NHS. Oh, and apparently there is also potential damange in my right knee as well...

My friend had a similar issue with a hamstring injury with so many different diagnosis. I'm glad to hear that you've somewhat been cleared and have recovered, but I do advise you keep a close eye on that knee (or knees) to avoid what could end up being serious permanent damage.
Anyhoo, regarding the Admir-saga. I agree fully with Avin in that right. Sure, he might have said some stupid stuff, but his recent rants have been done with the sole intention of stirring up a reaction - as if he is the first ever member to do that! I don't feel anything he's done is worthy of being permanently banned. Maybe if someone higher up can just step in and say "Listen, let's just get over all of this and carry on with our usual pointless discussions."
After all, Admir has been somewhat of a helpful member of this thread: helping out with DB projects, graphic designs, being part of MG, helping out with solving some members' technical issues as well as "befriending" many members. This obviously doesn't give him the right to infringe the rules or belittle others. He does have a different sense of humour that can be interpreted as being offensive by those who are unfamiliar with it. It's also not as if his first action that had him banned was completely unprovoked. He has serves his time with his ban and when he gets back I think he should be allowed to reintegrate.

The NHS are terrible from a perspective of sports injuries. I damaged the cartilage in my knee last December, had to wait until June for a physio appointment and was given the all clear. Refused to believe them so went to the doctor, got another appointment and it turned out both knees had the same injury so I would need operations on both. Then went to book the operations and they told me the injuries weren't severe enough to need it, as I could still walk.
So y'know, I can still walk but I can only do about half an hour of exercise before my knee swells up and the pain means I'm limping for a week. Thanks NHS!
I had a similar experience with doctors and my left knee.
I even had an MRI taken but finally I ended up making exercises like you.
But unlike TheManxMissile I should never do sports like football or basketball again. Good luck cycling does not harm the knee like that.
Edit: On as totally different topic, I just noticed that I have the wrong job. There is this swiss guy, working for Glencore. He wanted to reduce his working hours but the boss refused, so first he took a sabbatical and then quit, leaving him with 15 Mio. per year from his shares he had received during his work as a "bonus" to his salary. F*ck, there surely is something wrong...

I just want to put this discussion to bed so i'll keep things brief. Maybe if someone higher up can just step in and say "Listen, let's just get over all of this and carry on with our usual pointless discussions." The unfortunate thing with Admir was that on several occasions we did step in in exactly this way. However Admir's response to these 'warnings' was always very immature to the point of disrespectful against the admin team and other site members.
Multiple times he was given warnings about his behavior, which culminated in him taking a 2-week ban. This ban was served and he could return but on a final warning. Any more problems and he would be banned permanently, which was made clear to Admir. Then he returns and his first post if very antagnoistic, whilst at the sametime he creates a number of double accounts. This showed a complete lack of understanding of not only why he was banned but also the conditions we had given him for any return he made. Quite simply we were left with no choice and he had to go.
I hope that makes things clear for you guys (and that some of the other Admins don't beat me up later)
perhaps something that shouldn't be posted but something I found interesting.
the man-game Vuelta started on the same day as the EPIC Vuelta ended (if you don't know about EPIC, basically a different man-game, hidden away in the story game folder) only seperated by 3 hours 31 minutes.
First stage Man-Game Vuelta: 14-10-2014 19:35
Last stage Epic Vuelta: 14-10-2014 23:06
nothing really special but still quite the coincidence

Im not sure its fair to comment without knowing all the details, but I definitely remember one member deleting an entire section of the forum and even to this day is still considered a "forum legend" (I cant remember if they ever got those deleted stuff back or not, but its not like anything of value was actually lost by Cafe Pedro being deleted, so in comparison, Cafe Pedro is a very minor loss.)
The only thing I can think of was when we pretended Waghlon deleted the ManGame forums on April 1st? Only Me, CT and aab-ern have ever had the power to delete an entire section, and that simply has never happened.
Admir didn't delete Cafe Pedro btw. He may have deleted his opening post of it, but that would not delete the thread - it seems there was a mix up as a number of his posts and double accounts were having to be deleted at the time, and the wrong thing got removed.

I've got no issue with being open about what has happened, so here goes:
Spoiler
A number of incidents over the preceding months led to admir's two week ban. The case with MARSILUPAMI may have led to the final straw, but don't be foolish enough to think that it was the only reason, of even the most significant reason, because it wasn't. I am aware of at least a couple of other members who had got fed up of him and drifted away from the site partly as a result of that.
Sure he was a great and helpful member at times. Although if you are going to bring up his DB team work, then you may as well be made aware that I was asked to remove him from the DB team due to his attitude and behaviour, and because he hadn't completed his tasks assigned to him. I didn't have internet at the time, and by the time I was able to deal with it I had then received a message from Admir asking to resign anyway, so that story never made it out until now.
It's bizarre that some of you may think the site has become 'tied with rules'. I don't see anywhere where any 'Forum Rules' are listed, unlike various other forums, and we've always been more inclined to give a second chance, perhaps a word of warning by PM, and just hope a particular incident passes. That seems to have been part of the problem with admir, who just seemed to have no respect for any of the admins by the time he got his ban. You have to draw the line somewhere. Incident/arguments were becoming more regular on the site, and he always seemed to be at the centre of it.
TMM has covered what happened when he decided to return this week, a couple of weeks after his ban had ended, and he didn't exactly give us much choice. The decision that it had to be a permanent ban was unaminous amongst the Admins who were online at the time.
If some of you want to look at admir's entire site activity with rose-tinted glasses then so be it. At least you've now read about it from our point of view.

As if Marsupilami was the only member he trolled. Bull.
And you talk about maturity but admir was one of the least mature people on the site. Trolling for the sake of it and acting like he was cooler than everyone else. Like a 6 year old who finds a pair of sunglasses and acts tough when he puts them on. It's pathetic.

I thought he pretended to delete the section and then by mistake actually did or something
