Claiming Romandie and Tirreno is clean is not the same as admitting as little to 'get away with'.
Admitting as little to get away with = Ivan Basso
Admitting nothing at all = Vinokourov/Valverde

personally, i don't care about who's doped and who's not (well, apart of Clenbutador and legstrong, but it's pesonal hateness). so, i'm waiting for valverde to show, i was wery happy that Basso and vino are here again. i just want to see cycling

With the UCI looking to globalise the sport, particularly in Asia, I don't think there is any way they won't be accepted into the Pro Continental ranks.
