Yes just extract to your CM_Stages folder in the game installation folder, something like this
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013\CM_Stages
alternately put it in the Stages folder in your my documents folder
C:\Users\User Name\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2013\Mod\Stages
As far as I know the second folder functions in the same way.
Anyway once installed the variant can appear in your career in subsequent seasons, you can also choose to ride it separately from the main menu, or even just stages of it. |

Well, I gave it a test before releasing, did test it yet once more. No problem for me, I checked the podium, its "commun", so there's no podium pack needed. Try to lower your graphics maybe? Otherwise I have no idea what the reason could be...

I don't know. I definitely didn't use an IB-pack. All IB's are the standard ones which comes with the game. And I even rarely used them for that stage.
Is there anyone who has the same problem?

Another great work  You said you doesn't spend much time doing graphical details, but the boats and the wallhouse cities (specially 2nd screen) look really nice. Great job
