Hi there!
Sali and I have decided to release the first historical Db for PCM 13.
We both choose 1999 because the Db is almost over (from a rider and team point of view) and we have some stages. For example Tour de France 1999 is made, and some Giro and Vuelta stages are also made.
The PCM 12 Db aims to be playable until 2010. Unfortunately we hadn't enough help to go there, but we think we can go until 2001.
We are also looking for other people who can help us in any way.
We speak   and  so feel free to speak with us.
Here is the list of the features
- Real names 100%
- Rider region 100%
- Size/weight 100%
- National champions 100%
- Riders popularity 0%
- Real teams 100%
- Jerseys 100% but we need HD jerseys if some jersey makers want to help!
- Real teams lineup 0%
- World Cup system instead of Pro Tour Rankings 0%
- Added complete palmares for the last 5 years 0%
- Records updated to the year 1999 0%
- Realistic sponsorship with real jerseys 0%
- French commentary 100%
- Spanish commentary 50%
- Startlists 0%
- Equipment 0%
So here we are, i updated my 99 Db for PCM 13, note that it's a PCM 13 version and i haven't PCM 13 yet so I couldn't test it. Jerseys comes from former version of PCM and are not HD (just Festina and Banesto at this time).
For those who have time, please make some screenshots, send me your results, tell me what can I improve etc.
I hope to release next version before august 13th as il be 3 weeks on holidays. There will be some corrections of course and i'll add races like TDF for sure.
I don't know for the others, it will depend of the time I have

@Roby we don't really know it depends of the help we can have from the community!
I still have to see with Sali but a beta Db could be released around 15th july (not sure at all) with riders, teams and the Tour de Franceas we can have some feedback.
For the release of a second Db for a career mode, as i said, it depends of the community |
