Lol at some danish forums their is a conspiration theory that it was RNT's work.
Because F.Schleck or the schlecks wouldnt drive for them, and wasnt interested in anything with Bruyneel and RNT, so this is their way of punishing him.
What a theory omg...
These days anything is possible. Dont Forget UCI points transfer with the cyclist to another team. But that would be incredibly dirty of RSNT to actually do this. |

When you think about all of the people in the business i do think Bruyneel is the one who is capable of this kind of dirty work, along with our old fella Lance the man Armstrong . Armstrong is being mentioned because of his incredibly dictatorship and mob-like methods which have been described many times by big cycling journalist and people inside the business. However i do think its some kind of sick conspiration theory, nothing that would be possible.
Either its bad and sad for everybody.
However a danish doping expert who works for anti doping denmark, says that he will get anything from a warning and up to 1 years of ban. If he has a very good explanation then he will only be warned

Yep Bruyneel the old frustrated man who tries to pull down everyone with him! Sounds pretty incredible but its Bruyneel....
But to say it clearly, another bad day for cycling an a really bad sign for the future.... |

I wouldn't bet on that.
Team classification adds the times of the best three riders of every stage.
Needs some research, but I guess Frank often wasn't far away of their 4th best rider, if he was amongst the best 3 at all.

Guys, guys, I was only joking when I mentioned Bruyneel.
Isn't it funny how when someone's favourite rider tests positive there's a strong denial and conspiracy theories pop up.
Also, this, once again, strengthen the statistic of riders who have performed above what are believed to be natural limits ending up being caught sooner or later for doping offences. |

If the test is from the 14th July, they won't lose the benefits of his positions for the stages prior to that (unless his samples, if any are available, are retested and found positive as well). |

Xipamide is not listed on WADA's list of banned substances and so it would not be a known masking agent.
So yes I find it very odd that his tested positive for this specific substance. Dont find it odd he pissed dirty.

They still have Kloden, Monfort, Horner, Zubeldia, so I think they can stioll win it.

I'm not that surprised that Frank was on something, more just surprised he got caught.

Strange that he said he did not want to be leader at all before, maybe he knew he was going to get caught if tested.

Good to know.
Still, I did the math for the case he'd be removed from every stage result, and this is the result:
Stage | Losses for RSNT | 7 | 0:35 | 8 | 0:04 | 11 | 1:30 |
Current lead is 12:38, would be reduced by 2:09 to 10:29. Not enough for Sky to even get close, and Zubeldia, Monfort, Klöden should be easily able to keep that advantage.

I really dont think Sky give a damn about Teams Classification. So RSNT are safe to secure their precious prize.

So as long as the rest of the team is on dope, they should be able to win the Team GC

Yup. :
Of course their competition is Sky, so it'll be who has the most blood bags left!
But wait, you don't think they doped as a team!

Please specify which team you're talking about, Teams Classification is on RNT vs Sky so it's quite hard to know
