Initially I stared without understanding exactly what were those black lines, but after a while and seeing the bottom "EAT" I could read "I cheat". Surprised nobody else got that tbh

I thought it said something like "I love to Eat"
I thought the lines were supposed to be there though, so I didn't want to go off topic

Hey, I had gotten it. Although for 30 seconds I had also read "I eat" which would have made more sense for Ullrich than Armstrong. |

Another story about the financial problems at Leopard / RadioShack: https://t.co/nxMGIG6O
From what I've heard (and your hear a lot of stuff in at a news desk, only a small percentage of it are 100 % true ), there were payment problems in the first year too. At one occasion, the Schlecks weren't paid until they complained to UCI (formally or not, I don't know).
As you know, three riders have complained over delayed wages this year too. Recent news also mention that the company behind the team has recorded a loss of 7.6 million € in the first 6 months of this year.
Returning to the stuff I heard, Becca doesn't actually have any money. Yes, he has a lot of buildings and stuff he owns, but the team basically exists on bank money. And with no profits being generated, the team is likely to shut down at the end of the year unless a major backer/sponsor is found. |

This is actually true. And there wont be much money flowing to any of Mr. Beccas institutions at the moment, because the Prosecution in Luxembourg is currently investigating bribery within the Government and from Flavio Becca in order to secure the approval for the "Projet Leiweng" a football stadium with Shopping Mall that caused a huge controversy in Luxembourg as another project idea was kicked out for no reason by the government...
Here is the background story of the investigations:
https://www.wort.lu/en/view/wickrange-...d3bee256fb
https://www.wort.lu/en/view/police-ann...52a04dd406
https://www.wort.lu/en/view/mystery-re...6cda0dcf92
I doubt that Flavio Becca can keep up his promise that RNT is financuially secured for 4 years... Right now he is losing abig time because he had many people interested into the project and already put a lot of money into it for a quick pay off. But since this will drag on for years (As always when the lux. gov is involved) he will continue to struggle in order to balance out his fiancial situation.
(just a note on how long it can take. A Luxair plane crashed in 2000/01. The Pilot failed the license 3 times and just because his father had a friend in gov he got the license anyway. The trial started at the end of 2011. So 10-11 years later!)

Beginner´s mistake. Doubt he´ll get a two-year ban, though.

Wow. Didn't see that coming. Well I guess RSNT are all in for Haimar Zubedlia now. Quite funny.

Yeah its very sad, I really liked Soler.
Although his life is far more important than his cycling career obviously. |

Sad for the sport, but good for his health, cycling was very dangerous in his case especially.

It's good for cycling that the authorities are still rooting them out |
