Hari is real
Got 2nd at Tour of East Java, might be the best Indonesian cyclist, but can't be bothered to check that
Team is a bit small tbh, but looks fun to play with
Just 1 Dutchman riding for ING though?

I love that name, Jesleyh, that team is entirely regens from my pcm12 career, and no good Dutchmen turned up, except for Van Guine, who's an absolute boss, might write a story about him later, he's insane, gotta love that guy. |

@ Jesleyh - in one of my careers, one of the best young riders generate by game was an iranian guy with something over 80 MON limit (checked in the editor). When I checked his stats I found 2 young riders from Uzbekistan, one with a 75 HIL limit, the other with 75 COB limit.
So I think you had good chances to go with an Asian team in World Tour .

Not really career related, but this is the main thread where general gameplay is discussed atm, so here it goes: relaying is freakin' stupid. In other PCMs, riders/teams would simply not relay but wouldn't give any reason; now they give reasons, but many times the reasons are senseless, plus the problem happens waaay more times.
Example 1 - race favorites attack late in the race; rider 1, from team 1, is alone in front, 30 secs ahead of a 5-rider group composed of two team mates of him (riders from team 1) + 3 other riders from 3 other teams. The team mates of the leader obviously refuse to relay, because they've got a rider up front; but the other 3 riders refuse to relay as well because team 1 has got the numerical superiority on the group! Logic!
Then rider 1 goes on to open 3 minutes on the group in 5 kms, the peloton, about a minute behind the 5-chaser group, isn't interested in working whatsoever - despite the fact that only 4 teams have got riders in the attack (the other teams are just 'whatever' ) - so also get a huge gap to the leader, and that's how the race finishes. I've experienced this in single stage mode, so I'm not sure it'd be different in a proper stage race, but I doubt so.
Example 2 - also concerning attacks from the favorites in the late parts of the stage, a few riders manage to get away ahead of a chasing group of 15~20 riders iirc. Team 1 has got one rider in the leading group and two riders in the chasing group. One of the riders from team 1 in the chasing group says 'I'm not working, I have a rider up front'; the other, meanwhile, is relaying with the rest of the group. Again, no logic whatsoever.
It's easy to come up with several other examples - the fact that no team seems to want chase the break because 'they'd rather have a team better placed in the overall standings to do the job', or situations where 5~6 riders go off the front, including all favorites except for the very main favorite of the race (great chance to put some time into him!) - but they aren't willing to work simply because a certain team has got more than one rider among these 5~6.
At least these were my experiences; am I the only one to find that this part of the game is needing huge improvement? It's a key part of gameplay, I'd much rather have Cyanide fix this than add some new half-nice career feature which will come with its own bugs too...

I agree completely, mostly the reasons make no sense at all. But you learn to live with it |

And there's the related problem of the peloton not chasing which makes the game farcical at times. In the Tour of Burgos, Day 3, my leader is in yellow by about 10 secs. I send a team mate about 3 minutes down on GC out in the break with 3 others who are about 8 mins down. Nobody in the peloton chases the break and it builds up 20 minutes. Why should I chase... I have the jersey AND a man in the break who will take a 5 minute GC lead rather than the 10 sec I have now? Yet all the others are happy to just sit there and see the race go up in smoke. Infuriating! As we got towards the end of the race, I sent all my lower ranking guys on attacks and they all took 5 mins on the pack - now have positions 1,5,6,7 and my leader is now in 8th.
I thought this only happened in Week 3 of the GTs when you were in yellow but now seeing it in other races - happened in Utah as well when I decided to chase down my own man for a "realistic" result

@ lluuiiggii - You are right. Theoretically, if you have 3 riders in a winning breakaway in the end of a classic, you have big chances of winning by sending one of them in attack and let the two others stay calm in the group.

Playing with Selection de Cuba (National Cuba Team that is actually PCT team in the same time). Just started and got 1-2 on 1st stage played. Playing with FCD 3.0 and this seems like it's going to be great career. Might even try story with it!
Great jersey , great guys , i love it.

In TDF..all 3 top sprinters (Cav,Kittel,Greipel) stayed behind the peloton and their team did not even try to catch the breakaway..and even did not take part in mass sprint..Weird..
Anyway, where can i find national champ column in editor? |

You need to go to cyclists -> look for the column that shows their jerseys. |

Just showing the team for 2014...
Increase in budget meant I could afford a lot more riders so the team has expanded...
Unfortunately, all the top basque/spanish riders had already signed contracts so the riders I have signed will mainly stay a season or 2...

One star = about 2-2,5 stars.
1 star: 1-2
2 star: 3-5 I believe
(...)
6 stars: 15+
There should be a topic about it, but 2-2,5 stars per star seems accurate
