The Mayo apocalypse happened 5 or so years ago. I'm not sure if it's due to a bad interpretation of the calendar or if it's just bad luck, but the one and only Mayo vanished from the planet of cycling after a positive EPO test, yes.

On the world ending, here's Australia's prime minister giving a speech about the apparent end of the world tomorrow: (For some reason over here there's been speculation about it being tomorrow (7th). Also, she's most likely joking but she's that bad of a PM and has an incredibly warped personality, wouldn't be surprised if she was being serious )

On thing i need to point out about the above documentary
The footage of reckless cyclists racing across London was actually commercially made for DVD release, using professional cyclists.
While it is not excusable behavior in any way, it does not fairly represent cyclists activity in London.
