This race couldn't have been much better for us, and Hung wrapped it up with a surprising solo victory. Lovely, I hope this means we will still hang on the top teams after this month.
Congratulations to In-n-out, Minions and Indosat aswell.
Thank you for a very interresting and well written stage race The Rider! |

Pretty interesting race to follow on the sideline, really an open race with a few break-away winners to say atleast
Gotta feel for some of the guys who got the biggest GC-riders/climbers, always frustrating see them being outclimbed by much weaker climbers or even seing them helping weaker riders on the team when they could get a better GC-placing themself. Especially Anacona constantly kept getting beaten by his weaker team-mates. Has the dude even won a race this season?
Also Indosat with an icredible climbing squad here, I feel eventhough they had a good race in terms of point scoring, is it still odd to see Atapuma finish as their best rider in 8th, especially considering his superb team with Signorini and Nieve both capable of top 5 themself.
Compal constantly performing in CT is a joy to see though, especially with their great squad all-around!

2 stage wins, Points, KOM and 6th overall! Fantastic race by the team I must say, although I did expect us to score points a little differently than we did. Only a handful of races left for us this season, so here's hoping we can keep this up (or something similar).
Congratulations again to Novak and team for the overall, and Compal for the final stage win. And thanks The Rider for the reports, a treat as usual.
@dev4ever: Quite frustrating. Team tactics were awful the day Atapuma was in the break with Nieve and Signorini sitting up and losing +10mins. That's the gamble you take with climber/stage racer stacked teams though, if a guy with significantly lesser stats has a +4/5 day and your main guy has anything below -3 (or the AI is awful), they're almost always going to be much better than you.

Was hoping for better in the GC but a podium for Verschoor on one day isn't bad |

Well that Compal rider really 'Hung' in there for the win... anybody? No? Ok I'll leave now!
Nice to have Ait El Abdia in the break and picks up 14th on the stage. Hoping for a good future for him

No better way to end a crappy race than with the entire team finishing 6 minutes behind on the flat. R.I.P.
Congrats to In and Out and thanks to The Rider for reports.
