König and Roche to SKY König is no longer on my fav list (not that he cares), not when he is in the same underwear as Brailsford. I still like Roche though, and I hope the best for him. But he will likely just be another freight car in the SKY-train. Hope he will get some personal success. What a sad day for the human race

Lampre and Garmin are trying to sign U23 bronce medalist Kristoffer Skjerping, Team Cult Energy has also shown interest. |

Cant believe KONIG went to SKY, can't wait until next season, they seem to be building a team to rival Tinkoff on TANK LEVEL.It seems only two teams will be winning next year.

Well,
Quintana-Valverde-Intxausti-Visconti-J.Moreno-Castroviejo-Amador-Antón-Jo.Herrada isn;t exactly weak either. I expect quite a lot of them as well.

I guess so, but Sky and Tinkoff are going to be competitive over all terrain.

can see why Konig would sign for Sky, they did bring the one of the best stage races currently and won the tour two years in a row and since Porte has proven that he can't handle the team pressure so Konig might replace him as second in command.
still not the smartest move he could ever make

If you think Porte won't lead in a GT next season then you are crazy, most likely see Konig get his chance at the Vuelta.

It's his last year with Sky and it's expected he'll move on to Orica next.
Not sure he'll go to Giro again, after the Tour fail this year Porte will be 100% there for Froome.
And if Porte gets to lead Giro no way he'll be sole leader too.

Jasper De Buyst to Lotto-Soudal. Great news for him. I interviewed in to Post Danmark Rundt and he's a really nice guy! Will look forward to see him on the World Tour! |

Completely forgot it was the last year of his contract, that does change my opinion slightly and have to agree with you. If the Giro route is easier like has been rumoured then I can see him going in as co leader and then onto the tour with Froome.

It's not weak, but most of those guys are made to be domestiques or puncheurs. Only 2-4 of those guys are cut out to lead in the mountains at a GT or WT stage race.

The only reason why Porte didn't do well at the Tour was because of healthy problem and he might get another chance to be a sole leader for the giro |

7th in Giro? I consider that pretty solid

That was the Giro with the 15 minute break that saw guys like Peter Velits podium.
