It isn't a screenshot I've made. I think it's a criterium. The rider in the picture is probably being overtaken with a lap which is why the crowd doesn't move. Just a guess.

A crowd can do anything and some of the people protest if the crowd is too much then everyone is listening to the porest people’s. when the college essay writers company is terminate some employees then all of the employees are protest and the company is re-appointment of these employees.
