Very nice stuff Bikex.
00:59 - It didn't last long, but for a few seconds we had gold and silver. Pleased, surprised, that a P-C got to the podium, though well behind the winner. Next year's WCITT should probably include cobbles or a mountain top finish - maybe both! But who cares now, on to the RR. |

Nice addition with the videos.
GB really did dominate that U23 race by the looks of it and it looks like Simon let them down unfortunately.
As for the TT, Rohan Dennis was our best rider. And he's hopeless. So we'll just move on.

Chavenal 29th Was expecting something a little bit better, but it doesn't really matter.

Aaalmost Contador, damn you Portechkin! Anyhoo, I rest my faith in Purito, but seeing as how Verona got owned in U23 race I am certain that this course sorta hates us.

World Championships Road race posted, if you want to check out the entertaining last kilometres in a video before looking for the result, the youtube video is in the spoiler. I didn't commentate it, but added subtitles to make easier to understand what happens. I hope they work. Make sure you have switched subtitles on.
The final medals count is in the next spoiler, as well as the podium ceremony of the road race winner.

Those videos were fun, but I was close to a heart attack there at the end.
Spoiler
Grats to Shonak, next season Quintana beats the world champion at the tour
Good world championships for Ecopetrol, two silver, one bronce. Nice to see my newest additions do well.

Urgh, beef boy being WC makes me want to vomit on a continuous loop like a demonic gif.
Our best rider was Ben Swift. Yay. Much success. Many wow.

Our riders really had a great world champs. Pleased as I could be with Gilbert finishing 3rd, let someone else be WC!
Now that you have the WC Shonak- you can look forward to some steal offers! - If last season is anything to go by!
Now to the NCs! |

37th for Chavenal 59th for Albasini not the best race for au, but didn't expect too much.
Congrats to Shonak though, your winning everything today.

First batch of ITT NCs posted, in the last spoiler you'll find the NCs for all countries that didn't get an own race, they were determined by an excel file.
Following NCs were posted: Australia, Czech Republic, Japan, Sweden, Estonia, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Portugal, Turkey, Latvia
I'd be happy if someone could organize a velo d'or election once the NCs are done. We had one last year, but I'm not sure if I'll find time to do it this time..
Also a reminder, in case you don't check the general thread: Send knockout the research files |

Argentina was a nice win from Sepulveda, but now I need to find out who made my jerseys
Losing Panama to a free agent is a bit disappointing though.
Still, 1/2, not a bad start!
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Glad that Masuda didn't win again, might've tempted me to keep him under contract. Now we wait for the disappointment in other races
I'm surprised a few of these guys weren't under contract this year. Sutherland, Beppu, Oyarzun, Helminen, Carretero and virtually half the Kazakh and Portuguese races should be up to the CT standard.

Pretty good end of the season for the team especially in the TTT Worlds with a second place!
Disappointing from Costa in the World Road Race again...
Good 1-2-3 in the Portugal TT and good for Velits in Slovakia as well.

Awesome stuff with the WCs Bikex. Not much to say about my riders, most interesting performance was unleashed by Wackermann with a very solid 5th place in the U23 RR.
Tony Martin looked f'ing devastating in the ITT although it looked like the route wouldn't have helped him. Well I was wrong.
Nice to see Contador taking one of the most significant wins of his career after a not really pleasing season. Moser really surprising as well, just outside of the top 10, unexpected performance to say the least!
Looking forward to the next NCs

: really? kinda dissapointed but the top time trailers in Croatia are 69 to 65 so it's kinda random there.
: same story only less dissapointed. Márton Farkas did dissapoint me though
: we started, probably won't start next year
