So-so there. The WC was the second best, but the hilly stages weren't hilly enough. Silly that breakaway riders toppled him in the points comp. Great speed to end the season.
Still without a jersey won in a race, would like that to change - praise be steals.
Shonak - True, a three way dance for the win then. It is one of our target race goals, so I hope we can pull it off. If we don't we will end up with less wins than last season - grrrr. |

What a terrible end to a perfect season. Betancur crashing on the last stage is just... Also cost us the team classification.
Duque in the top ten is a pleasant surprise though.

Quintana was hiding, but it was really Carlos who should have. By the looks of it he didn't even try something at Lombardia. Next season the shared leadership will work out better sure.
Excited for the championships coming up now, it's great to see ICL move into the third season soon. There aren't many story games that come so far! Thanks a lot, Bikex!

Even for us, that race was hopeless. Our best rider was Ben Swift and he was playing hide and seek for a year.

Last race that brings points to the rankings and first race of the WC posted, the World TTT championships. A final rankings update will follow later. |

Nice
Oh and btw, big, big gratz to Prorace! Epic way to win a TTT, after being third in the first split. This should hurt Shonak though, not easy to lose after being in front in the first 2 splits!

Added. The country rankings mean the following teams for the WC:
The first number is the riders in the road race and the second in the TT.
Spoiler Australia | 7 | 4 | Belgium | 9 | 5 | Canada | 4 | 2 | China | 4 | 2 | Colombia | 8 | 4 | Czech Republic | 6 | 3 | Denmark | 5 | 3 | Eritrea | 7 | 4 | France | 9 | 5 | Germany | 8 | 5 | Great Britain | 8 | 4 | Ireland | 5 | 2 | Italy | 9 | 5 | Kazakhstan | 7 | 4 | Netherlands | 9 | 5 | Norway | 5 | 2 | Poland | 6 | 3 | Portugal | 4 | 2 | Slovakia | 6 | 3 | Slovenia | 6 | 3 | South Africa | 4 | 2 | Spain | 8 | 5 | Switzerland | 5 | 3 | USA | 7 | 4 | Venezuela | 4 | 2 |
And for the U23 WC this:
Spoiler Australia | 8 | 5 | Belgium | 7 | 4 | Canada | 7 | 4 | Chile | 4 | 2 | China | 4 | 2 | Colombia | 6 | 3 | Czech Republic | 6 | 3 | Denmark | 8 | 5 | Eritrea | 8 | 4 | France | 9 | 5 | Germany | 9 | 5 | Great Britain | 9 | 5 | Iran | 5 | 2 | Italy | 7 | 4 | Kazakhstan | 7 | 4 | Luxembourg | 5 | 2 | Netherlands | 9 | 5 | Norway | 6 | 3 | Poland | 5 | 3 | Slovenia | 8 | 4 | South Africa | 4 | 2 | Spain | 6 | 3 | Sweden | 5 | 3 | Switzerland | 4 | 2 | USA | 4 | 2 |

Awesome final update for us considering we're very very likely getting to ride in WT the next year as Telecom Namibia will 99% disband.
Even happier that we got to finish in front of Saeco in the final prestige ranking. Nothing personal against the good ole Smowzy of course, that was just one of my objectives for the season hehe
Time to get to some conclusions I guess:
- Building a solid team in every specialisation helped for me;
- Appollonio was a major disappointment and I'm firing him for sure. With him performing decently we would have definitely finisged higer;
- Moser performed beyond every expectation. Or at least I expected him to disappoint me for some reason after spending that much on his wage;
- Colbrelli was really average;
- Rosa, Oss, Guarnieri and Barbin carried home some really unexpected points which saved our ass while other people was strongly disappointing.
So we finished 4th in Prestige ranking among the continental teams and 6th in continental, this time actually behind Saeco. I also notice we finished in front of 2 WT teams. Cool
Boy am I hyped for the next season! Gratz to Gazprom for pwning all the rankings in an astounding way, huge props Silvio Also I can't help but notice the way Eurosport were constant throughout the season and deservedly won the CT, nice job D2B, good to see this was won by a - really - active manager rather than from a team Bikex had to build
Thanks Bikex for keeping this game running one more season, this one, in my honest opinion, was a big success. Hopefully for the 2016 season we'll have some more active managers in the Continental Tour.
Oh and if we're switching to PCM 15 (hopefully so) I would really like to help the game running smoother as Shonak and TR did already with the reports. Would also like to thank Luigi for helping out! Now I'm starting to feel like at the premiere of the Academy Awards or something but I felt I owed a big thanks to all of you! Loved the first season as I said and I can't even think how much I would have missed if Bikex didn't send me a PM to invite me to join

We will switch to PCM 15.
So as the NCs are also around the corner, I'd like to figure out which NCs should be played and which not. Last year the cut was at at least 8 signed riders of that country. We can do that much again or even lower the number and maybe add New Zealand (7riders) or the 4 countries with 6 riders(look in the spoiler). Please tell me what you guys think.
First number in the spoiler is how much riders of that country are on a contract, the second how many are in the db.
Spoiler ITA | Italy | 91 | 318 | GER | Germany | 73 | 255 | FRA | France | 68 | 312 | BEL | Belgium | 58 | 358 | ESP | Spain | 57 | 239 | GBR | Great Britain | 53 | 143 | NED | Netherlands | 51 | 238 | AUS | Australia | 37 | 159 | SWI | Switzerland | 25 | 66 | DEN | Denmark | 23 | 134 | COL | Colombia | 22 | 118 | RUS | Russia | 21 | 127 | USA | USA | 20 | 228 | POL | Poland | 19 | 106 | AUT | Austria | 16 | 91 | NOR | Norway | 14 | 70 | SLO | Slovenia | 13 | 73 | SWD | Sweden | 12 | 33 | CRO | Croatia | 11 | 34 | POR | Portugal | 10 | 115 | CZE | Czech Republic | 10 | 79 | CAN | Canada | 10 | 55 | LAT | Latvia | 10 | 36 | HUN | Hungary | 10 | 29 | BUL | Bulgaria | 9 | 18 | TUR | Turkey | 9 | 18 | IRL | Ireland | 8 | 34 | NZL | New Zealand | 7 | 53 | JPN | Japan | 6 | 64 | SAR | South Africa | 6 | 36 | KAZ | Kazakhstan | 6 | 34 | EST | Estonia | 6 | 21 | BRA | Brazil | 5 | 46 | ARG | Argentina | 5 | 37 | CHN | China | 5 | 35 | LUX | Luxembourg | 5 | 23 | LTU | Lithuania | 5 | 19 | ERI | Eritrea | 5 | 13 | NAM | Namibia | 5 | 7 | MAS | Malaysia | 4 | 20 | BLR | Belarus | 4 | 14 | UKR | Ukraine | 3 | 65 | SVK | Slovakia | 3 | 23 | ROM | Romania | 3 | 17 | VEN | Venezuela | 3 | 17 | ZAM | Zambia | 3 | 5 | CMR | Cameroon | 3 | 4 | IRI | Iran | 2 | 31 | MOL | Moldavia | 2 | 9 | BOL | Bolivia | 2 | 8 | CRC | Costa Rica | 2 | 6 | FIN | Finland | 2 | 6 | CYP | Cyprus | 2 | 4 | RWA | Rwanda | 2 | 4 | ALG | Algeria | 1 | 26 | CHI | Chile | 1 | 17 | MAR | Morocco | 1 | 9 | SER | Serbia | 1 | 8 | HKG | Hong Kong | 1 | 7 | PAN | Panama | 1 | 6 | ANG | Angola | 1 | 4 | BFA | Burkina Faso | 1 | 4 | TUN | Tunisia | 1 | 4 | BAR | Barbados | 1 | 3 | KGZ | Kirgizistan | 1 | 3 | MKD | Makedonia | 1 | 3 | TTO | Trinidad & Tobago | 1 | 3 | AND | Andorra | 1 | 2 | CON | Congo | 1 | 2 | CUR | Curacao | 1 | 2 | ETH | Ethiopia | 1 | 2 | ISL | Iceland | 1 | 2 | KEN | Kenya | 1 | 2 | NIG | Nigeria | 1 | 2 | ZIM | Zimbabwe | 1 | 2 | ARM | Armenia | 1 | 1 | BER | Bermuda | 1 | 1 |
The NCs will work like this: Of course every team with at least a rider of the respective country will take part. Teams with more than 8 riders will be able to have two teams taking part if there is enough space. On top of that there will be two teams with free agents added to increase the starting field.
I'll control the pace with my control riders in the smaller NCs to prevent early breaks winning every race. That doesn't mean that in every race the favourite wins, but at least that he gets a chance.
Non raced NCs will be simulated by excel formulas. |

Wow Purito still managed to grab second in the WT rankings despite having no major win at all this season. Guy is a point scorer even when he has a season full of close misses and defeats.
The TTT is just so typical Liberty Seguros this season. Everything goes well, until it doesn't. Still, we managed to grab another medal at the World Championships. Last year, the TTT got us silver, and I think we got it due to a strong finish. This time, we lost it in a weak final. I'm sure we can complete all colours of the medal scoreboard next year (no, we're not). Gratz to The Rider.
With Verona at the U23 presumably and Purito & Contador as Spain's leaders, we may get some more medals here.

Well, that performance summed up our season. All the gear. no idea. I might sack myself. This lot are disgracing the great Bunzl - Centrica name. I could do a summary like Matt but it would mostly be full of unsavoury words and me repeating myself with the words 'clueless', 'pointless', 'hopeless' and indeed 'wanky'.
I'd just like to echo what Matt said as well. Great work again Bikex getting the season done so quickly, especially with the staggering amount of inactivity. I really hope some of these managers stay in the game and become more active otherwise there just won't be enough teams in the game to make it interesting. Obviously we could do with lots of new guys joining to so maybe we need to start a hype thread.
Thanks to Shonak and The Rider too for keeping things moving.

Big thanks to Bikex, Shonak and The Rider for keeping this alive. This is a great game and I still love the concept.
I can once again be happy about my team performance. So close to win the prestige ranking and not too shabby in the world tour ones either.
Guess that is the maximum without a single climber. Not sure if I keep it that way but it's great fun to nominate all these sprints
Should give us quite some budget to keep the core of the team although there will also be quite some changes due to aging second tier riders.
NC wise I would go with a minimum of 20 signed riders if not more. Reasons: 1) AI reasons 2) pace of the game
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

My feelings on the final race for Prorace-Camtel, split by split:
#1: Dejection. Looks like Shonak was right, man I got them downhearted blues.!
#2: Damn. But, hope. We are getting closer.
#3: Huminah. Huminah. We have turned the tables! But, it ain't over yet.
#4: There it is! After some tension we come through, great battle throughout the stage though with Liberty. Fantastic. In a goal race as well. I guess that means we have to have that insignia on our shirt, next season right Bikex?
Brewers luck there was right off - again. Crazy. Shame his top guys haven't performed well all season, Cavendish without a win is just grrrr! But, I am sure he will bounce back.
Will comment on everything else what has happened, once I digest it all!
Oh - Massive thanks Bikex, I am really enjoying this, thanks for making it so. Kudos to all the actives/commenters as well. |

Thanks for another season, but i feel i already said this a few races earlier
The Vuelta win was obviously the highlight of the season, thank you Mollema! The dev team did ok, especially Goos. Marc Geyer winning in his first season isn't a good thing though in my opinion. Perhaps the new guys are a tad too strong.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Hooray managed to hold off Namibia, Bulgaria, Saeco and Parmalat to keep on the top spot in the CT and top promo spot in Prestige.
I am going to saviour this result as 13th in the TTT shows next season in WT will be hard work (unless I can upgrade Dumoulin to match his real life Vuelta performance )
The most pleasing aspects of my season was the spread of points earners and choosing the right races to match the teams strengths.
Thanks to Bikex, Shonak, The Rider and SSJ2Luigi for running such an entertaining game.
Roll on 2016.

7th in Prestige in allright, our mistake this season was racing too many WT races, so (assuming we don't go up a division) it's a lesson learnt for next season.

By my making, at least:
- Eurosport - Pepsi
- Team Parmalat - HTC
--
- Saeco - Cannondale
are in the WT next season. So congrats there. Pleased for those teams to make it, should make it much more competitive. With some WT disbands the next choices would be SAP - Bianchi ---- TVM - Sanyo I guess? All good choices to be honest!
PeterRyder: Great! But, we haven't even done the NCs yet so a while to go yet. |
