And here it is! As every month, I present the recent activity ranking! This time 62 members' activity has been taken into account and other interesting sub-rankings have been added, making me spend more than 5 hours of my life, but no worries, I'm ill so I haven't skipped work to do it
If I missed you, or you just want to be ranked as the other 62 members above, well, just tell me and I'll see what I can do
Enjoy!

Yay! I'm actually on one of these! Strange that the posts/day thing doesn't line up with those nearby, maybe I just don't visit daily as often.
Rome you say huh? You can't miss the most striking attraction in the whole city, the Trevi Fountain, especially at night. The atmosphere is just beautiful.
If you're intending to visit the Trastevere neighborhood, where evening walks reach a whole new level, I can even suggest a place where you can have a good meal, Osteria Carlo Menta that is probably the best tavern in Rome. The prices are cheap, but your stomach will thank you. You gotta try the famous Carbonara especially, but don't dare to take a Pizza!!! This looks to be a good option as well, but i've never been there to be honest.
Yes, as other said, the Coliseum is not that big of a deal, being constantly restructuring, but if you don't want to miss it do it at night as well.
Rome is truly famous for its streets, with Piazza di Spagna being the most attractive. In fact, the stunning Trinità dei Monti stairway is a surreal ambiance that I personally recommend to visit in the early morning, when the plays of light perfectly surround the buildings.
Same goes for Piazza Navona, where are found the imposing statues and fountains built by some of the most important Italian artists and architects. Deepening on the internet you may also read the alleged rivalry between Bernini and Borromini while building them.
Then of course you can't forget to visit the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican Museums that I won't describe you because everyone knows how much astonishing it is. Sticking around the churces, you can't miss the Basilica of St. Peter either.
But that's not all, I'm probably forgetting the Pantheon, the Campidoglio and many more, a month in Rome is probably not enough to see and enjoy it all, good luck

That makes no sense to me...
Somebody likes Rome.
OR
Somebody lives in Rome.
OR
Somebody has lived in Rome.
That's what it means
Ah ok...I thought I means: "Somebody likes in lived in Rome."
and so on...
I can see how that would be confusing, sometimes I forget that not everybody on the forum is a native English speaker.

I'm not there for a month, only for a week, from 20th-28th of February, planning to see Lazio-Palermo... As I see, you recommend St. Peter's, Sistine Chapel, Fontana di Trevi, Trastavere, Piazza Di spagna, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Colosseum and Campidoglio... That's a lot... But what about Villa Borghese and Foro Romano, is it recommendable?
Thanks for the help, btw
@matt17br: I know where I'm going to eat, looks delicious, thanks mate
Foro Romano: yes
Villa Borghese: Haven't actually visited it, but should be quite nice.
Also, two more things: Spanish steps (trinita dei monti) is worth a visit, and you should definitely go trolling the street salesmen, the latter is most important.

Those are beautiful places as well, but in my opinion can't be priorities if you haven't seen the most "famous" and "touristic" (the latter is not used in a derogative way ofc) part of the city yet. I'm not too sure that a week to see the Lazio and Palermo will be enough if you want to deeply visit all the places I've listed
EDIT: Selwink, I guess that Spanish steps is what we call Piazza di Spagna then. Also, yeah, trolling the street salesmen is a great experience, great times
