Same here in Czech Republic, above 10 degrees Celcius and next week is forecasted snow and -10 degrees. WTF?

I hope not, it looks exactly the same as PCM12...
I'd rather see the manager/gameplay part improved rather than the 3D graphics one, since the graphics are already great. Why does it need to be different than PCM12?
But that said, pay attention to the details guys! There's so many new animations there I can't even count With shirts updated for 2013 (not that this really matters though based on the off. screenshots of earlier games), I'd have a guess this is PCM13 indeed
Some of the animations I've noticed (usually they appear more than once, just some examples):
- British Champ fast sprint at 0:16
- British Champ winning animation right after it (0:17)
- French Champ/Spain champ/Saxo rider stretching shirt (celebration?) at 0:23 (far right end of the road)
- OPQS rider doing Sagan's Forrest Gump celebration (0:20)
- Winning salute with only one hand (the other in the bike) by Movistar rider at 0:22
- Clapping hands by Vini Fantini rider (some 5 rows away from the camera, far left) at 0:23 <- coolest one
- Saxo rider on the left victory salute at 0:25 (don't think that one is currently in the game, looking to the sky?)
- One hand on the bike, riding and looking backwards by Saxo rider at 0:19
- Looking behind while riding with both hands on the bike by Lotto rider in the left at 0:25
Either that or I've played this game too little lately
