I don't think it'd be legal to make a single penny of money from something that you don't have rights on. Only Cyanide or Focus, or whoever, could legally do that, I reckon. |

Right, so apparently, anyone who ever got a jersey made from me, owes me some money. A member just sent me a PM, saying, I should not takemoney for graphics work... I didnt notice that I ever received money, so... Time to collect it!
So, lets say 5 quid per jersey is fair, right?
I'm joining in, I did over 50 jersey requests

You know what? I take all that money, people owe me for Graphics work and spend it to a poor charity foundation called the PCM Franchise in order for them to create a good game
@Cance: I believe you know who the member in question is...

But Cyanide or Focus don't have the right on .tga files, do they? F.e., if he's using GIMP, it would be legal to sell .tga files, wouldn't it?

He can sell them and profit from them as long as he creates them from scratch without using anything from PCM as base.
That said, as any other modding community's experience will show you, if he does that very few will buy and he'll become despised very quickly

It was not really a joke, just my reaction to the allegation that I take money for Graphics Work and that I should not do this anymore...
But since I never received a single penny for my work I was wondering (out loud) if I could claim that money back...
But I promise not to ask for money in further requests

I should hope not.
It would be very silly to start asking around money around this site. Many great people here do so much for free, all this help, jerseys, stages, databases. That's the beauty of this community. Asking money to do something would make it a business and that would be stupid, if you'd ask me. |

Dear friends, family, teammates, fans, sponsors, and creditors:
In the wake of recent events in the world of cycling, I can no longer hide my past. I admit to doping with EPO, blood transfusions, cortisone, testosterone, Clenbuterol, Actovegin, rhinoceros horn, and PCP. I wanted to use these products because I was driven by unbridled ambition to win at any cost. I took these products between June 1990 and July 2005.
I don't care what anyone thinks about my actions and I hope that my confession can help bring positive change to the sport that we all love so much.
Sincerely,
Lance Armstrong
