That went quite well, I have to say. Great to see Pinot working hard for Yates on a stage like this, and it worked out nicely grabbing 4th and 6th on the stage. Little disappointed not to get a gap, but then seeing as there wasn't a gap granted to the Top 3 I can't complain too much.
Also happy to see Pinot move up to 5th on GC, and to see us taking the lead of the teams classification. I'd settle for a final two days with no splits/crashes/breaks now |

That sucks for Ji, so strange to see him fall out the back like that on a stage like this. Hopefully bounces back tomorrow with nothing to lose.
Happy with Greg's super performance again over the hills, hopefully he can stay where he is in the GC.
Thanks roturn!

Really good showing from Ricco in the mountains. Amador was just on another level. However, really lacklustre in the hills stage. I was really hoping he could claw back some time to make it a more exciting race on the final stage.

It was a good effort from Rodrigues, too bad it didn't pay off though. Hopefully Serebriakov can pull off something in stage 5 (oh right ), otherwise maybe another attack in stage 6 could save the race a bit for us.

Wow Roche what a beast! Who gets dropped first and then fights his way alone to the front and then attacks to win the stage? Good to have the first stage win secured and this is the craziest of them all
Thanks for the report, was really intense. 15th in the GC is not perfect and will have to work for a Top 10 tomorrow

it's a shame what happened to Ji, but for my my team was great because it allows Nazaret entry in top10. Now only hope that nothing bad happens in the next two stages

Kiserlovski at least not loosing any more time, maybe he can recover a little to show something more on the last stage, but I doubt it. |

One hill stage down without anything lost, that's great. Now to survive the flat day, and then the final day is the one where I think Ricco and Cunego have a better chance of doing something. I'm definitely scared of that one.

25 race days into the season, and still no sighting of an Ayubowan! rider in a breakway...
Glad that Yates didn't lose time after his crash, and his finish on the stage suggests no lingering damage (I hope). Glad to see Pinot managed to avoid time loss as well - looked like a serious concern at one time. Weird sprint though, with a gap forming there that should never have happened. |

Woah what a showdown and stage by Arrinera! They bossed the two last stages, congratz danny, gotta be a good feeling!
Slightly dissapointed Aberasturi didnt do anything in this stage, had a small hope that he would hold onto green and get another podium, but still a great race for him!
Unlikely to get anything more out of this race now, just praying Valv/Slagter/Landa joins the break tomorow.

Great stage for Jeandesbosz which marks our best result in this race for the moment.
Gratz danny, great month for you as it seems.
Those crashes and those splits though man... I fecking told you it had to be less than 100%

What is the road those guys are sprinting on
Arrinera beasted that one, good job by them. Modolo with a top 10, could have been better tho seeing as how he was well positioned.
Shame about Didier, but probably wouldn't have done much either.
Like jph, I am disappointed that I rarely see one of my guys in the botd.

Wow team <3!!
I actually raised my arms in joy over that stage! really nice leadout by Cohen and what a relief to finally have a spriniting train. Roche going up the GC this way is kinda weird though and surprised he doesn't have 85 fighter after this Thanks all!
Also seems the curse from last season is back, I will not be surprised if we do a 1-1-2 again (happened three times last season) and hopefully Roche will get into the Top 10 tomorrow and I'm more than happy

That could've gone so much worse...

Massive congrats danny on the victory! Lavoine finally showing that he can do it at the higher level. I would have been upset if the team didn't come away with something at the end.

Too bad Sarabia couldn't hold the chasers at bay, but efforts like this is why I'm so fond of him. Often pops up when things are looking grey
Now I just hope that the break of the final stage will not contain Mai so the jersey can be defended. 8 points can easily vanish...
