MARS had a very interesting opinion about the game.

Can you please explain me this post? I just asked Maxime if he thought that PCM 15 is better, worse or the same comparing it to PCM 14...
Why do you blame me??!!
https://pcmdaily.c...st_1074635 I had to blame someone
btw: Do people recommend MARS' db, pcmvillage or basicrealname?
I'm very satisfied with the basic realname

Personally i prefer just a realname db at the moment, so pcmvillage or basicrealnames both seems good. If you are looking for doing stage races MARS'S seems good, considering he lowered the whole stat matrix and only edited the bigger teams, the potential for the minor riders and teams is very unreliable for me in a long career. But MARS usually make great db's, this was probably a bit rushed in my opinion.

I cant understand how this is possible that nobody notice big change in the base game mechanic: heart rythm values changed. Now yellow drops from 140HR and green probably ca. 120HR |

Yea the dot on 80 used to be standard, but you just can't keep it up very long with the new system. So 70 something is good. |

I played on hard on PCM 2014, then changed to normal for pcm 2015 (like always at the beginning of a new game, to see what's changed). But then i won so easily, that i changed back to hard, and still i win more easily than in PCM 2014
so the became did become easier with this system. But it's more realistic in terms of attacks and pace riding. No more dumb AI attacks at the same places |

I dont see Important Zone profile
https://www.letour.../scr01.jpg - number 8
I see only name of this important point of race, e.g. Finish or specific hill name. Is this become visible only on high climbs or do I need to click something?? I check shortcuts and dont see anything like that. |

It does not appear in every race. Only one of the more known stages |

Will the season planner be updated to work with this edition does anyone know? Or is it now easier to plan seasons through the interface? Thanks in advance |

I feel bad for everyone who lost out on legendary packs. IN my first two tries, I got Contador and Alex Zulle.
Edit: 3rd try Ullrich

I am playing on normal, and the breakaways does almost never win the stages. The heavy breakaways who ends +10 mins never occurs, and the favorites for the stage always seems to want to win no matter how deep into the grand tours it is, and the sprinters have no chance. Anyone who have experienced this as well ? |

I found a reason to bump this thread.
Reviews
Always something I look out for, even if I already have the game.
Found a Belgian(Dutch spoken) and an English one. Both quite positive, the first one giving it a 7/10 and the second one giving it a 8/10.

Hi all. I really wanted to buy this years edition but I'm doubting my laptot capability to handle the game. On pcm 14 I play with graphics set to 2 to have a good gameplay. My cpu is under the minimum required (2.1 instead of the 2.2). As anyone tried it on a low pc/laptot setup (the graphics card and memory should'n present no problem). Thanks |

How much is really done on this U23 setup.
I understand that U23 devo teams are now present
So will take the U23 Championship (world and national) be possible not even with "free" young riders as before.
If you got a bunch of U23 riders in your team can you then enter a regular U23 race if such are in a calender) and really not only read about how the world of U23 comes along during the season.
That fact that all U23 riders belonging to any team was not participate in any U23 race during the season.
Please do tell the YES and NOs concerning U23 teams and riders.

First impressions -
Using the realname db, 1st career started as Etixx.
Graphics a bit better (although I play it on a laptop with low graphics so not the best judge). The front end/management screens are prettier than before, not sure if they're any better functioning, certainly don't seem too bad. The background colour effect is quite nice, especially with it linking in to your team colours.
As for the all important race/AI, played out the Tour Down Under. The sprints seemed good, with teams forming trains and ending up with a seemingly more compact bunch rather than the top 3 or so sprinters storming away by 10 bike lengths. Good! Tried desperately to take a stage with Renshaw but he just didnt quite have it in his locker to see off Kittel, Greipel and Demare and co (realistic ).
Won the GC with Kwiatkowski from Dan Martin after tracking Gerrans on Willunga Hill and passing him as he faded - played out quite realistic I think.
Maybe the game plays differently when the riders are at full condition later in the season. Roll on the classics and grand tours to see if they've improved the AI there, but so far so good.
Final comment - not sure about the default database. Kittel still king of the sprinters, Ben Swift hill stat 77....... |

Why can't Kittel be king of the sprints? He has been injured for most of 2015 and was definitely the best sprinter in 2014.
