Hello again everybody. Unfortunately, Poland did not turn out as well as I had hoped! Normally the flat and sprinting is one of my strongest disciplines, but in this case I was basly caught out by an attack and lost over a minute. Mine was the only H2H with time gaps this week, which means I am last in terms of time, but my victory last time makes sure I am still in with a chance. This time I was the one ushered off to a training camp, and here is my training schedule.
4x Hill 2x Mountain 2x downhill 2x acceleration |

Yes, I am surprised there were no gaps at all - I'm sure the hill stat differences must have been big enough to expect some gaps, in some cases.
