Uugunbayar
Wu dropped again a spot in the GC, I hope he will regain 14th tomorrow. |

Another average place for Guillen. But this time from a crap position. Last stage is gonna be more interesting than I hoped!

Hopefully this is his first win of many for Bonsucro. He didn't get the best leadout from TOM-TOM towards the sprint but he looked like he was on a real good day.
No surprise to me that we have had a selection of sprinters winning in Langkawi. |

I think Awang only doubled up there thanks to his trademark lunge.

Also he had a good position despite your rider in the breakaway.
I think this has no impact at all.
If he is weakly positioned this might have other reasons like bad daily form or just running out of power. |

Must have been a conincidence that it was that same day we previously had someone in the break, unless we only had someone in the break because he wasn't feeling up to it previously.

Oh crap. I completely forgot that TomTom participated in Langkawi
Going to read it back now. But on first look, it seems we had quite some great results, including a great win for Vingerling!

Great that Rodrigues wasn't involved in the splits other than Uugunbayar. There was no flat race with splits so far in which my sprinter wasn't dropped.
Great that Wu stayed in the front group and also didn't bring the white jersey into risk. Pourseyedi got dropped unfortunately, but didn't loose a GC spot, so I can't complain. If he would have stayed in the first group he would've got 18th. |

Perfect ending for a perfect race for Guillen.3 stages + points. Awesome stuff
Arroyo completing the team goal aswell and 3rd place is okay aswell. Adding 2nd in teams and youth, this will bring some greatly needet points to the team.

Scorewise a very disappointing race, though pleased with the spirit.
Manfredi showed great commitment being in attack the last four stages... sadly breakaways were missing the Eddie Stobart guys to make it.
Gratz to Rodrigues and Siam-Cement!
Thanks for the great reports, roturn!

In the end probably a pretty good race in balance, especially considering what has come before - by my dubious maths I think around 80% of our points so far have come from this race However it looked like it could have been better after the first few stages, with Rubiano in a great GC position and Forero looking promising to grab a stage win but neither of those worked out in the end
EDIT: Somehow forgot to express my thanks to roturn for some excellently detailed and fast-paced reports

Jeez. Dernandez up in 4th on a sprit stage. That was unexpected. And Lobato better in 15th. 9th in GC is ok but will need improving on.

Great sprinting from Clavero there on stage 9, but subpar on stage 10.
All in all, there's not much to say for our team. We didn't send one of the best contenders and Feillu didn't do too good or too bad. I'd imagine our PpRD will be quite lacking coming out of this race. :/
