Rather annoyed at the massive influx of South American teams (don't worry, I'm aware that's an extraordinarily hypocritical statement), had my team all planned having identified a gap in the market, and although I kinda guessed there would be one maybe two other teams I didn't expect this many!

There really isn't enough American riders i know i thought about changing my second nationality to USA then looked and saw there is about 20 riders worth signing and another 20 who could in theory be domestiques add to that 6-7 teams and it's a certain no no |

Good to see the outline make-up of the new CT division with all my fellow new managers, lots of exciting and interesting ideas out there.
