First - You are genius... you make great stages  .
And second - I wanna ask you - will you make the TdF for 2004 or 2007 'çause I really liked the route...

Thanks. It depends on my motivation. But I think you're glad to hear that I already have all mountain stages from 2004. Also all stages from 2007 to convert them to PCM13.
But there's still a lot work to do. First of all, all other stages from 2004. Second, I will not just convert the 2007 stages, rather make them better in terms of slopes, landscapes, roads etc. which takes its time. So yes, I would say there's a high possibility that both GTs are published in the future. Just don't know when.

 Volta Ciclista a Catalunya 2005
So, the 2005 route isn't that much different like in 2006, actually Stage 1 & 2 are pretty much the same, the moutain timetrial uses the slopes of the big mountain stage in 2006, to make it short, in the end I only had to create 3 and a half stages, which gives you another historical variant of this race and Spilak one more race for his project.
