The progression is 0.38, but I'm thinking of lowering it to 0.3.

Almost there Any chance you will keep going past 2030?
Because I would like to see how far PCM could go without self destructing and if created youth riders could go on to beat records say like 11 GT wins or Lance's 7 TdF victories.

That's a mistake of the scouted riders areas potential for finidng stage racers (probability too low) and youngridercarac files (stage racers with too low climbing).
I should fix that |

Two World Champions, a 2xTour-winner, a G-W-record holder and a french guy all retired this season. Edvald Boasson Hagen, Robert Gesink, Tejay van Garderen, Marko Kump and Romain Siccard all made this year their last in the saddle. All can look back at a very eventfull career with many highlights, but some might be dissapointed to see Siccard retire without a major victory to his name.
Still, France should look back at 2026 with joy since Arnaud Augereau had yet another fantastic season. Sadly for him he didn't come 1st in the CQ-ranking, but had to see the Lithuanian Augustas Vasiliauskas take the top spot after, among other things, winning all three jerseys in the Vuelta. This is the 2nd year in a row that a Baltic rider takes the treble in the Spanish GT.
Germany continues its dominance in the Tour de France. Joost Dieter won the Grand Tour for a 2nd time in 3 years. This is quite an achievement for a nation that hasn't been used to being on the top spot on the podium when we don't take Jan Ullrich into account.
Spoiler By the way, it was sooo tempting to go with "Germany conquers France!" as a headline, but I decided against it. Damn you, political correctnes and my lack of cojones!
