Sorry for the lack of description here and sort of in the report tomorrow, I actually lost both the report and preview recently and have redone both, the report just using pics and results
Lincoln GP
Welcome to the 6th edition of the Lincoln GP. The course takes the riders on a short circuit including the cobbled climb, where the race finishes. There are no other difficulties aside from the roughly 800m climb, however it is usually decisive enough to make some big gaps - indeed this race has never been won before by a rider on the same time as second place, with either big wins in the final small sprint or big solos. It is a shorter route, clocking in at under 160kms, than most of your traditional cobbled classics which allows for more ascents of the climb but also less wear on the legs and indeed mind.

I really hope we are here for Kaspa, as it'd be a shame to not bring him, but the bottom half of the screenshot won't load for me so I have no clue.
idziemy Wisniowski! Would be great to see him win for Poland, otherwise Polanc performing well would be fun and could happen on this course.

Gonna put money on Grashev being the best T3A rider here, because i can't believe Burghardt is suddenly going to do anything and G will struggle with the repeat hill. Maybe Matthews can mix it up, he's having a stellar season really.
Normally i'd be aiming to Win, i'll take a Top10 and gaining a couple more points ahead of some of the lower ranked teams just to keep our heads above rising water.
Full of ambition!

Kraftwerk couldn't avoid all the cobbles, if we manage a top 20 I will be delighted.

Good memories of this race, two years ago Langeveld killed it on the course and Strava celebrated quite a pointfeast (4 of those 6 guys still riding for my team lol). https://pcmdaily.c...st_1106618
Hopefully we'll see similar aggressive racing as in the past two years by Langeveld and later on Pippo. Glad to see Linconln GP stepping up and becoming a PCT classic.

Wouldn't be surprised if a breakaway took this one. Anyways: Time for Daniel to show he is worth his money! |

Who the hell knows what's gonna happen. My cobbles team ahs been underperforming the whole year, so I just hope we'll do something positive here, whatever that means.

Interesting route. Will be interesting to see how the AI handles the Altur/Tsatevich combo again. Or, Domene could just get in the breakaway again and that works as well.

A perfect profile for Polanc and he delivered! Isostar should rather start thinking about how to avoid promotion.
Wisniowski once again proving his strength. But I guess a 3rd for Burghardt has to be considered a success nevertheless. Looking at how Bobridge performs with his training received from Burghardt's transfer fee, I fear neither me nor TMM are totally satisfied with our deal back then
Thanks for the report! Re-writing ain't fun. So there's really no need to say sorry for still a proper report you brought here.

Great win for Polanc after being a bit of a disappointment so far, what a rider he is and Lincoln sure is right down is his lane. Wisni again very beasty. Gratz Croatia.

That was an awesome race and report (you'd hardly notice any issues despite what you mentioned), great that PCM handled it well!
Polanc winning is just awesome, it's the perfect profile for him and a super deserving rider, Wisnio in 2nd is great for Poland too, as another guy with awesome stats who you want to succeed - gratz guys!
Also, De Maar with a cameo appearance in 15th place.
Really regretting not coming here, would've been perfect for Kaspa/Morkov to get top 20s and maybe even a place in the bottom of the top 10.

Good race! Very close for Wisniowski, but Polanc just that little bit better today I guess. Congrats, Croatia!
Rowe also looked very good for some time. Fading a bit in the end, but some good points for him too.
A little bummer to have a new near miss on a win goal, but a good effort at least. Nice to see Burghardt back on the podium tbh, at least where he belongs.
Thanks for the report, jandal. Quality, even though you had to re-write it.
