Now that will be interesting to see, how long those TTlers will stay with the best climbers on final day. Stage should produce gaps, but we've seen only a few climbers attacking and the bunch staying together.. Don't think Arroyo will win this, putting my money on Iglinski or some more weird stuff

Nicácio doesn't make the preview but could be considered the GC favourite. Nicácio could have a big advantage over the other GC contenders after the TT (1'00+), which could set him up for a great GC result. Looks like a race where breakaways shouldn't spoil the GC.
If that doesn't happen would be great to see Txurruka attack early on the last stage. |

First race since Slovenia so hopefully the Alpina boys aren't feeling too rusty. The TT completely negates any chance of a good result so we're looking for stage placings - hopefully Angarita can get a top 10 or two in the sprints and Orozco and Zurita can attack in the mountain stage.

Forgot that I sent Rodrigues here. I fear that this will be the first stage race in which he'll be beaten by Iglinsky and Arroyo due to the long TT and only one mountain stage. A podium is still achievable though, so go Vitor! |

Didn't expected to have two stage favourites here. The sprinter field is really slim this time. I hope that Saramotins can grab up some points from it. Actually, that made me curious enough to look up the stats of the beforementioned sprinters. I think quite a few ones of those are there for the first time this season.

Hoping that the team can continue their great form in their home country of Spain. Not expecting anything brilliant from Fernandez exceot Top 10. Just hoping my whole team shakes the race up with strong attacking riding on all the stages except the TT.

Rose attacking and De Greef sitting back, we could use another good result
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

First race in quite a while. Serebriakov hasn't been delivering yet this season, hopefully that's going to change now. I don't expect too much in the mountains, maybe Bakhin can surprise me with a top-10. All in all should be an interesting race, with hopefully at least a stage win.

I have big expectations here, but he'll probably fail the win another time as the other suggetsted aswell. Have the feeling that Iglinsky will win this one.

Serebriakov must have a talent for winning sprints at moments they don't matter. He'll need to improve in the next two stages, and at least get a top-3 once.

Very happy with Rodrigues' 5th here and seeing now that the finishes of the next two stages are similar I hope he can repeat/improve his result there and maybe get some bonus seconds before the TT. |

Delio Fernandez once again fails to get a Top 5 in a stage he was a favourite for. Not performing well at all. Orbe on the other hand with a very nice attempt in the breakaway which sees him wearing the KOM jersey and provisional 2nd in the GC. Adamou my only rider to lose time which could see him joining the breakaway in future stages.

Angarita not mixing it up in the sprint and Chamorro losing time... Safe to say that could have gone better.

What a stage for Evonik. Hansen already proved several times this season that he can be a great leadout and now he finishes it for himself. Great effort by the whole team. Should I decide to loan him out next season to max him out then he will be a great value to whatever team gets him. Especially considering the 77PRL he has on top. Should I promote I might keep him myself though to raise our chances to avoid relegation the season after...
This came totally surprising since I expected this to be the worst of the sprinter stages for our team since both other stages looked a bit harder on the profiles and Saramotins seems to be better on the hills than most of the other sprinters.

I overlooked those hills at the final sprint, that sure wont help Rowe, but a better lead out should hopefully propel him up the order

Oh great, look at the competition we ran into again. Hoping for top3, top5 would be fine too.

Oh come on Serebriakov, you could have tried at least
Happy to see Räim in the break though, nice to see someone is capable of doing someone, especially now my best climber has been dropped...
Ehm yeah, I am pretty disappointed once again.
