Well, this was an interesting night. I sat home alone at the computer and somehow got through twelve 30 minute episodes of a Civ 5 series on Youtube.
Somewhere along the line there was a new year I suppose. But there are more important things to think about, like that 5 page paper due Friday that I haven't started, and the 12 page one due in 2 weeks that I haven't started. And all the other homework I haven't started. 
Anyway, this isn't Pedro, so let's start off the news of the new year! Apparently LLS is going to lead Astana at the TDU. In GC. There team has really gone down the craphole.

New WADA rules come into effect today. Basic bans increased from 2 to 4 years. Harsher punishments for missing tests. Greater leiniency for assisting officials. It's mostly kind of minor stuff but it's a good step in increase the anti-doping fight as well as aiding the unification of nations separate anti-doping associations. (this isn't purely cycling of course)

LLS aint that bad at a race like TDU, he's finished on the podium three times before, and if he was looking rejuvenated at the Vuelta with Caja Rural, imagine what he'll be like with Astana

However that sounds, in Colombia that is not a weird story, but quite common. The recent Avenir winner, Miguel Angel Lopez was attacked on his in 2012 by similar bandits he got stabbed but he fought them off. He earned himself a nickname 'Superman' due to that.

I swear to bloody god, that this year's peloton will look like it's a bloody funeral. Every single equipment is black. Even Bretagne, who equipment was white, announced they're new equipment for 2015. Color? Black.
