PCT
The Heineken-Quickstep battle continues at the top. They were the top scoring teams of the month and in this see-saw battle for PCT victory Heineken now reclaim the lead. Venchi and Bacardi are some way clear in 3rd and 4th, although Oz Cycling did not race much.
CSC-Orbea overtake Evian for 6th while Pozzovivvo fires Kappa into the Top 10, with Repsol also on the rise. With Privatbank climbing too there has to be teams falling and in part that is the actionless Meiji, as well as Swedbank who have been at the Vuelta.
On the relegation front Boeing continue to defy expectations and move out of the drop zone, ahead of Allianz. A season's best performance for Cavendish in Eneco Tour helps Belarusbank ahead of Mobil - despite a season's best for Pedraza in Andorra.

CT
Good consistency puts Nutresa into the lead, now ahead of Bonsucro despite the latter's TTT exploits. ONCE-Eroski fly up to 3rd with victory in Guatemala and the climb-defying Guillen in Bulgaria, to surely add themselves into contention for CT victory. Azteca were also able to make a nice step forward this month while TomTom, Bank of Ireland, Evonik and Fletcher all lose ground. It's so close in there still though!
4 place gains are good news for Siam Cement and Sauber while a return to winning ways brings Eddie Stobart back into the Top 20. Chiquita have moved away from the 3 way battle for 23rd, making it a tight 2 way battle for 24th between Alpina and Wounded Warrior.

How on earth did we manage to lose ground? We had a great month?
On the other hand, haven't been in any races at all lately. Maybe that's why.

About 50pprd in June wasn't all that bad, I guess. Team delivered, where they needed to do so. July will probably show where our journey will go though. Couple of races, that can either go very well or the other way round (Danmark Rundt in particular). Still nice to see the team holding on to that 5th place with so less race days spent last month!

Me too thought June went reasonably well since I got some decent results... However, it looks like we did one of the worst overall... well that tells me
Hope things get even better, with me moving into the top 10 soon

14 PPRD, not great, but definately good enough for us. Even greater when you realise Andorra was in this month, and Andorra is a race we don't particularly like...

Okay Minions, if we can climb a place every month then we should complete world domination in 22 months

The team hasn't been racing lately so I won't take this one too hard.

Really solid month for us, and the movement up 4 places reflects it. Now just need to hold on to that top 5 position.

Good month, can't complain aside the ZLM Tour. Shame not to be top but looking strong on 2nd. Tour here we come now
5th spot, what a fight that will be. Oz and CSC in prime position, both Vie still hanging there. Fight at the bottom quite intense as well. If Cav can do similar in other HC sprinter classics left BelarusBank still within a chance.

Surprised to see that we climbed into the top 10, as the last races really were disappointing. The PPRD is also not very good.
Now it's about keeping that spot, in front of my team there is a big gap and behind it's very close. |

A horror month for Evonik. We have to return to our former form to stop the drop in the rankings!
This drop had to be a bit expected but nevertheless, it is hard to believe that we had an average PPRD of under 3.0 the last month...
The good news for us is that the gap to the next team behind us is quite big while the promotion spots are easily within reach.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

Bad month in terms of goals. Solid month in terms of performance. Good month for points (in part thanks to Monterrey).
Boeing continues to scrap against every expectation including their own managers planning. We've still got a good amount of race days left but we need one or two big scoring races. With the cobbles almost all behind us that doesn't look likely.
Honestly i think we can keep Compal, Mobil and Belarusbank behind us now. Enough races have gone by to show what teams are really worth and how they will score. We might also be able to scrap ahead of Kazzinc if Petar can break a few more Top10's. That would put us 25th on the bubble and then anything can happen with cya-logic.
Still think Metinvest will jump forwards at some point, they just have to! I also forsee Allianz climbing ahead of us in the coming months. From there we just need one team, like Africa, RBC or Hornbach, to start sliding and we are really onto something.
Very close still at the top of the PCT. Heineken on a roll whilst Quickstep and Venchi march relentlessly onwards. Personally i'm more interested in the CT battle for promotion as that could go anyones way at this stage.
Just gonna keep watching and praying for Boeing. To still be this much in the fight to stay up at this point is just brilliant. We had a great end to last season so hopefully we can pull out a few more wins in the coming months.

I can't see 1st through 4th changing in the PCT. It's that 5th spot which is up for grabs. It's going to come right down to the wire.
And to think, due to extraordinary circumstances, CSC could go from supposed to being in the CT to the PT after one great offseason turnaround.

It's nice to see how our last 2 strong months have helped us jump up the CT rankings, however I'm sure we've used more race days over them then those around us, especially those just below us so I expect we'll slip back down again in the PPRD rankings.

It does feel as if the top four are slugging it out for bragging rights, they look pretty solid for promotion. should be an entertaining fight behind though. I think most neutrals would cheer for Oz Cycling with tsmoha ridiculous job of work being done at the moment.
Met invest still suck royally down with low expectation teams surely they will have up turn some time.
I'm delighted to see a real competition behind in the CT really cannot pick a winner at the moment there.
