This will be, as the name suggests, a prediction game for the worlds. It works as such: you give a list of the three riders/teams you think will end up on the podium, in the order you think they will finish on the podium. Naming a rider correctly gives three points, you get an extra two if you get the position right. Send your choices to me via PM. Deadline is midnight the day before each event, though you can send in your choices in one big PM either. These are the events that you can predict:
ME TTT: Deadline 20.09.2014, 23:59 EST
MU23 TT: Deadline 21.09.2014, 23:59 EST
WE TT: Deadline 22.09.2014, 23:59 EST
ME TT: Deadline 23.09.2014, 23:59 EST
MU23 RR: Deadline 25.09.2014, 23:59 EST
MJ RR: Deadline 26.09.2014, 23:59 EST
WE RR: Deadline 26.09.2014, 23:59 EST
ME RR: Deadline 27.09.2014, 23:59 EST
If you've got any questions, go ahead and ask them, if not, good luck!

I'm in, too. For now I only voted for Elite men races, the ones where I'm sure.

I totally did not just copy what I had written in the tracker for this.
In other news, Bonus question #1:

I'm in, I also only did elite men's races and 2 riders for the womens road race-that's all I know.

So deadline for the ME TTT has passed. My own predictions are 1. OPQS 2. Orica 3. Movistar, though I'm not sure wether it's fair for me to play.
Also, please don't forget to send in the bonus question.

Nah, what's the problem? It's superfair, at least I will have someone to fight for the last position since sutty is not online

Anyone know a good source for U23 and junior startlists?

BMC's unexpected win was unexpected, as no one predicted them on the podium. Everyone predicted OPQS and Orica on it, Ollfardh being the only one not to predict one of those two as winners. This is how it stands after the first event:
#1 | Ollfardh | | | | 10 | #2 | Marsupilami | | | | 8 | #2 | Bosskardo | | | | 8 | #2 | Dippofix | | | | 8 | #2 | Javibozada | | | | 8 | #2 | Ollfardh | | | | 8 | #3 | Selwink | | | | 6 | #3 | matt17br | | | | 6 | #3 | Steve Smink | | | | 6 | #3 | Trekbmc | | | | 6 |

Shouldn't I be in the lead then, as I got 2 and 3 correct?

Shit, just realised I never posted my predictions for today. This is it:
1. Mullen
2. Flakemore
3. Küng
I realise this is a bit late, given that Mullen just arrived in in 1st, but I had it down as this since I came up with this. It's not as if I just made that to fit the way the race is going.

Heart = broken, but well, that's cycling. At least some sort of consolation for me, as I take the lead. Sadly, only about 2/3 continued on from round 1, so it'd be nice to see participation rising again. As always, if I made a mistake, just say so.

I was so close! Changed at the last minute to Lammertink with Mullen and Flakemore instead of Kueng. Pretty good considering I don't really know anything about any of them.

I'm sure I've seen lists of invites somewhere on the UCI site, but the startlists are here on the race day https://uci.ch/roa...ts-165688/

My own predictions for today:
1. Van Dijk
2. Worrack
3. Stevens
Pretty much a guess, but should work out somehow.

Here we go again, much stays the same, as few predict and even fewer get it right. Fun fact: EVERYONE predicted a Van Dijk win.

I fear Wiggins will win tommorrow after Tony Martin have been out in the press saying he isn't tip top :/
If Tony Martin really isn't in top shape to fight for gold, i bet Cancellara is feeling a little sad he didn't participate, ecspecially if he doesn't do well at the RR. |
