Intro

A heartbreaking final day of the season saw the final nail in the coffin for a struggling Carrefour - ESPN team. Relegation was unexpected but seemingly needed after the team thuroughly struggled outside of Coppel and the newly aquired Frederick Nolf. The team returns for a fourth run at the CT, hoping to make it 3 straight promotion campaigns from the division. Anythingly less would be a crippling dissapointment.

FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL

These are likely the three team members we will be building our schedule around. Novak will have strong climbers to help him in tours and our cobblers along with the squad around them should mean Tsatevich and Nolf are great options in every cobbled race. Tsatevich will likely required some creative planning to get the most out of him but we're excited to see what his talents offer at the CT level.
|Climbers|

Gyung Gu Jang
$120,000 | 75.63 | Aquired for Jan Drago Petelin
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
67767662727070546674735662

Juan Ernesto Chamorro
$130,000 | 75.46 | 2nd Season
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
66787565727670516674787464

Both Jang and Chamorro will get more than their fair share of leading opportunities given both should be considered very solid climbers at the CT level. However, with limited help around them they will likely be paired often for mountain-based races. Also expect Jang to act as a main helper for Novak in tours while Chamorro takes on bigger mountains when needed.
|Sprinters|

Anthony Lavoine
$60,000 | 75.48 | From F/A
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
73606062716477658078627962

Patrick Bercz
$50,000 | 73.63 | From F/A
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
72627060736875667677676660

Lavoine is a huge pickup for us at his wage. Although he won't be the best sprinter in the division, he should get many opportunities to shine in races that other sprinters may not necessarily target. Bercz will act as his main leadout, although we have a strong contingent of potential leadout riders to help Lavoine as well.
|Puncheurs|

Xavier Quevedo
$100,000 | 75.09 | 2nd Season
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
69717865727273566575697265

Damiano Caruso
$55,000 | 74.05 | From F/A
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
67687756757063536976747656

Of the mass exodus of our puncheurs from last season went on, clearly Quevedo was the one to stay. His ability to climb along with strong acceleration will give him many chances to lead the team in the hills while acting as one of the better puncheurs in the division. Caruso will likely hold free roles in those hilly races where Quevedo features as well as his fantastic attacking stats should hopefully result in a strong points total for the veteran.
|Cobblers|

Thanawut Sanikwathi
$110,000 | 74.84 | 4th Season
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
72586665706775727878667268

FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
75556462747073727777636162

Baptiste Planckaert

FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
73546564717270717777646267

Jakub Skala

FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
74567156707265746671727469

Of these riders, Sanikwathi will likely be the one who gets the most opportunity on his own given his strong sprinting and servicable cobbling. Planckaert, Dakteris and Skala will likely see their race days spent on cobbled stages while also helping Lavoine in leadout roles.
|Time-Trialists|

Wen Hao Li
$50,000 | 73.33 | 3rd Season
FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
75536178736871507575646478

Jan Ghyselinck

FLMOHITTSTARESRECCOBSPACCFIDHPRL
74616877757773616468746177

Wen Hao Li is a fan favorite considering his ability to timetrial is one of the best in the CT while his sprinting makes him a fantastic leadout. Although there are few team time-trials this season for us, Li and Ghyselinck as two of the better men in the division against the clock along with Novak will be a strong group to compete with.
|Loaned-Out|

Aleksa Crncevic
$50,000 | 71.81 | Loaned to cycleYorkshire to Max XP

Aleksa will spend the season on loan to reach max XP this season. We wish him well and are super excited to see him come back to the best of his abilities next season as he will act as a perfect replacement for the aging Jakub Novak.

Shortlist Leaked

This morning a report steming from the In-n-out/Auchan team leaked out to the public. The report contained rider evalutations made by the team and a part of their short list for the upcoming transfer season.

the team clearly unhappy upon hearing the news and refused to comment on the matter. Auchan was very shocked that something like this would happen, and their patience is running low for ds and his staff

Here is the part of the shortlist that was leaked:

Certainly not getting Dombrowski, Fisher or Rathe. Warbasse is in there twice and equally is on my list, as is Veilleux. Best of luck for the transfers there.
Nice big list of riders covering pretty much every terrain. Hope you can bag one of the big name riders

I can dream cant I Wink

TheManxMissile
You can dream of course! Just that some of the other dreams are more likely Wink

sounds like a plan

valverde321
We will have to see how well having a football player as a staff member that plays in a league that has its season during the busiest months of the cycling season will pay off Pfft

Cycleman123
That's a long list! Pfft I'm also going for Docker probably.

Jersey Announced
i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab227/MrLove222/In-n-out-AuchanCyclingTeam_zps866571ac.png

Team In-n-Out Racing p/b Auchan has announced their team jersey today, their team manager was very happy with it, "Jackstar's Jerseys did a great job with jersey"

This jersey was not original as we asked a jersey maker on the site PCMDaily for a jersey that was similar to that one. we said we loved the video game jersey so much that Aidinvn made for him that he called up Jackstar's Jerseys to make something similar for the team.

First Signings Confirmed

Team In-n-Out Racing p/b Auchan have finally made a few aquisations to their team.

First is Julian Rodas who rode for MTN - WBR (now Project = Africa) last year. IOA got him for 380k and will now have to take care of his small 70k salary.

Next is the 26 year old frenchman Jean-Lou Paiani. Who signed on for 50k. He should be valuable in cobbles races and help the sprint trains.

Auchan was happy to see the aquisition of Sylvain Chavanel and Benoît Sinner. Both are talented french riders. Both we bought from their previous teams for a combined 350k. Chavanel should be a team leader, maybe not during the race but just as a presance, and Sinner should be one of the team's main sprinters.

They also have loaned Dries Beatse from Bouygues Telecom. The catch is that Bouygues Telecom will pay them 50k to pay Beatse's wage of..... yup 50k! Dries himself really isnt a strong rider, but he's one more rider and gives them some more money
