So its the same old story. Active game in the transfers, much less so in the season, so here is the annual mid-season check up. Partly to identify those who are inactive (although I already have a good idea), partly encourage the slightly more active to try and be a bit more so.
But rather than making a post here, I'd like to see you make a productive post in your Teams HQ thread! Many of you haven't done that for quite a long time.

I will definetely try to find a good new concept how I will allow myself to update my HQ more regularly, but if I should be really honest, I really prefer to discuss/updating what's happening with my team in classic race threads, but I really won't try to excuse myself in any way, but yeah, I will at least try, if nothing else, and yeah, I am still here and hopefully I will be for many seasons in the future as well.

I'll get onto it once I'm done reporting the Tour. And just as a pre-emptive warning I'll be studying in America throughout October and then I'll be holidaying in Europe through November so certainty my November activity will drop considerably.

I have the same problem as Roman. I like to often post relatively elaborate accounts of the race from my team's point of view in its discussion thread.
When following a race it's hard to keep track of everything happening to every team, especially in stage races. So the more managers highlighting their own team's story of the race in the discussion thread, the more interesting the race in my opinion. It'd be cool if more people did this.
The downside to writing a lot in the threads is that writing a race review for the HQ usually feels like repeating myself.
Another downside of the HQ is that there is a very low amount of interaction there, making you question who you are doing all this (repeat) writing for.
Those two things combined are the reason why I gradually lost interest in updating my HQ.
This doesn't mean I lost interest in the game at all though. I check for new reports or race thread comments daily and join the discussion in the C2 ones.
I'll try to get out an HQ post about the past two months soon.

I am here, hello.
And congrats Heine, i would like to have my family soon too.
I also post a lot in the race discussions and elaborate the races from Metinvest perspective, but my HQ thread would use some update for sure, to please the fans. Even more when i promised myself to do it reguraly whole season, you know, promises, never have been my strong part. 
So i will try to o some recaps, as alreahy have some, hopefully nice, ideas.

Completely taking up most of my time

Well, I may as well post here to say that Im still here. I've just made a rather large review of the season so far, but I will have no trouble updating the HQ after our latest performance (or lack there of).
However, the main reason I wanted to post is to congratulate both Heine and Smowz
