Missing DEM files for PCM13

I uploaded the DEM files which are not included in PCM13, these DEM files are from previous PCM games and data terrain packs.
I don't know what part of the world they're covering but for example there's DEM for the Canary Island .
Originally PCM13 has 146, this pack gives 82 more DEM, which is 1,3 GB.

Download all 7 .rar file and extract the .dem files to Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2013/Data/Dem folder

Everything coloured apart from the light blue, which is the original, is included in this pack I think

What Stromeon posted is the image that show what this pack include (or at least should include). It's just a re-publish of the .dem packs that Cyanide released, which is something that the community can't do (several people have tried, but with no success).

I got my .dem files to work. Everywhere but in PCM.

Are those supposed to work on PCM12 too? I have extraxted them to dem folder but still can do only European routes. |

I downloaded all these files a while ago and plugged them into PCM 12 and they work fine. However, it seems like PCM 13 brought a lot more file by default than 12, as I am missing all North America.
I am now trying to make a couple of races around Colombia but am missing the N5E-75.dem, which by the picture should be available. Would someone by so kind as to make that one available?
