Well, I open this thread for all the people who wants to ask about the news in the editor of 2013.
And here is my first question.
If somebody knows, really thanks to you very much^^
Does somebody know how can I edit the "cobblestone sectors"?? Give it name and difficulty?? |

Could somebody remember me if PCM 2012 Stages are compatible with PCM 2013?
I ask this because i put Japan Cup from PCM 2012 into PCM 2013, and it works, didn't crash or something else. |

Pellizotti said that you needed to convert them with the PCM13 SE.
Did you test them in a career? In PCM12, PCM11 stages worked fine in single player but crashed in careers.

Don't take my word for that, I was just assuming that it was the same as in previous years.
If I remember correctly, some stages also caused AI issues when not converted for the new game. They might've fixed that for PCM13, though. I'll test that when I've acquired a copy of the game.

It has no sense... I have opened with the new editor several stages made with PCM12 SE and they are opened fine, with no problems.
Try to open other stages and tell us if the problem occurs with all of your stages.

Unimportant, just hide the spectators.

This issue worried me too... have seen this in an official stage as well.
Just learned that in a similar case unticking "merge finishline" might do the job!? (needs further testing, but worked fine in my last stage)
(PS: This will just apply when your pic is from a finishing circuit... if not... (as NTTHRASH wrote) hide the border objects one by one. --> mark blue dots of annoying objects and tick hide)

I think you can also hold alt+mouse click to create a selection and then "delete" to hide them all at once

dose anybody know where the autosaves go if you've not saved it yourself?
I thought I'd try and make a simple cobbled stage for the under 23's but when I tried to change a road from normal to cobbled the stage editor crashed on me and I was hoping that as it's been autosaving I might be able to recover most of what I'd already done.

The autosaves will be saved under the stage name with a suffix TEMPAUTOSAVE_000AUTO or similar.

do you know which folder I would find that in? it doesn't appear to be in cm_stages, mod/stages or where I loaded the .gpx from.
