As mentioned elsewhere, rider textures are changing formats in PCM13 - double in size and now in PNG rather than TGA.
The HD textures also mean new templates which Will007 has posted on PCMFreaks.

The increased size is going to allow jerseys makers to be a bit more adventurous with the minute details and textures. May rule out using more obscure sponsors, though, as it's harder to find high quality logos.

It is definitely going to make it more interesting for shirt makers. The detail will definitely show on these jerseys.
Like ANFreeman and probably a lot of others. I am gonna do some PCM13 shirts

The jersey itself looks good. Nice job
But it's annoying because you can't just double the size of the plis. We have to make brand new ones or it looks really pixelated. Well at least that's what I've found out.

Can't really see anything wrong with the plis (and as I said in the other thread, I believe it is blurry rather than pixelated  ). Shouldn't really matter anything in game, but if it really bothers you, just do shirts without any plis until a proper one is released (if it will be released, because again the plis doesn't really matter anymore)

@ Deksel,
I asked Will and he said everything stays the same, only the size has increased. And maybe it's an idea to post jerseys without plis, because the plis will come in the game, don't they. |

okay, that's some good info. thanks aussie.
but I don't think many people will make a shirt without any plis, because the chance that your jersey is 'edited' by someone else increases with a no-plis-jersey.

Use the plis by denismenchov in post #1. It's HD.
