Their flight was the 2nd to touchdown in Buenos Aires
but they pedaled their way to finish 1st here in the 3rd leg.
They get $50 added to their bank account for winning the leg.
Over an hour later before the runner-ups come in.
They were the first team to arrive in Buenos Aires but took that extra time to save money and check out the scenery instead of going for the leg win.
Six teams where expecting their flight to arrive at 8:50AM,
here they all come now.
That leaves two teams. Both had flights that arrived at 3:30PM.
Just goes to show how much weight the air travel can carry.
But it's the other tasks that decided who finished last...
If only they had taken the Subte instead of taking bikes...
They would have avoided finishing last by 1 minute.
Spoiler 10th Place - 2193 Minutes
547984 and jseadog1, you are the last team to arrive.
I'm sorry to tell you but... have been eliminated from the race.
Thanks for participating and I hope you had fun playing.
The 3rd leg is finished.
The 4th leg will start Monday (December 1) due to Thanksgiving.
Complete results below. Rest up and see'ya Monday.

If you decide to travel South by going North then really South then North again you can only blame yourselves...
Nice early flight into town, wander through the streets and grabbed some food at a cafe. We were so relaxed we breifly got lost on the Road Block. But it's another comfortable leg done with.
Time to chill out over Thanksgiving (litteraly only a thing to 2 people in the game) before heading off to Asia i guess.

If I only hadn't forgotten to include who'll do the detour in the roadblock pm we would've been fourth.
Can you show what the other detour task would have been and how many picked which like you did usually? I'd be interested in that. |

Amazed that Fake Americans didn't take the Subte.
And knew that we probably should have just walked, but I didnt expect that the 2 slow teams had gone for a route with 2 stop overs as well.

It was the same task except with the other Haedo brother.

Damn, shame I didn't choose Jose. Would have been cool to revisit my Saxo story which only included San Luis and in it 2 stage wins by the man himself

Because, I was planning on spending all of the money to make the detour take 1 minute, thinking it would take longer to do. In the end I failed us anyway. The first few tasks of each leg are solely luck based, and with both me and code on Thanksgiving vacation, while we are normally on alot, we both combined for like 3 hours of activity a day.
I leave you guys with this, THE BIG GUY is comin' back soon!

Should've chosen JJ then as I had two wins of him before I even had one of LS. |

Welcome to the 4th leg of The Amazing Race!
The game clocks are reset and you have all been given $25.
Keep track of your own money because if you spend money
you don't have you will incur a 60 minute penalty.
Your 4th destination is right across the border:
No need for an airplane for such a short trip. Time to pill onto buses.
Bus Travel: Buenos Aires to Santiago
You are given 4 bus options, choose wisely:
Option 1 ------------------------------------------
Takes 1080 Minutes / 2 Team Spots Available
Option 2 -------------------------------------------
Takes 1120 Minutes / 3 Team Spots Available
Option 3 -------------------------------------------
Takes 1160 Minutes / 3 Team Spots Available
Option 4 -------------------------------------------
Takes 1200 Minutes / 4 Teams Spot Available
Whoever gets on this bus will receive the Fast Forward challenge
by PM when I post the Road Block later today.
The first team to complete this challenge gets to skip the Roadblock
and Detour challenges and go straight to the finish line for that leg.
If you're not the first team to complete it then you have just wasted your time and still have to do the rest of the challenges to complete the leg.
(FYI: The Fast Forward is a two person challenge).
BOTH team members have to PM me with their team's bus choice.
If you end up picking a bus that is already full,
you and your teammate don't choose the same bus,
or you don't both PM with your choice before the Road Block is posted
then you take the backup bus which takes 1180 Minutes to arrive.

Do you mean the 1160 one, or is there another bus?

There is another one, a backup bus
