I think the deals haven't been included in the updated DB.

Welcome back, Tao! At a much lower wage than he demanded in renewals. Thomas is a great catch for Trans Cycling, I think. Ballsy move by VIP Mobile to buy Senechal!

Hi, I think the tables are broken for me. It says that both Senechal and Phinney are now in CT. haha

James Smith - an Pot 6 youngster was only my second signing. BTW, in the event of leading tie what are the options?

All fantastic young riders. No surprise that Argos bought two of them adding to their ever growing collection of pot 7 riders.
@ivaneurope: Bid more or hope the other manager doesn't bid more and that you win the coin toss?

Are you serious, Senechal to CT? I wasted all my time - and the best part of the transfer season - for him to be in CT? Fuck me

It might not be Phinney or Senechal, but I'm happy with old dog Van Avermaet in my team, with Danish riders Juul-Jensen and Valgren Andersen as decent domestiques for him. Including what will probably be my last rider in the next update that makes 20/26 riders coming from the Scandinavian region, so mission succeeded I guess. Apparently four of my riders are national ITT champions, even though most of them are in the low 70's Can't wait for the next steps which bring us closer to the start of the season! And good luck to anyone still having to make hard decisions

@Bikex
Zabel is now in my team, but he's the sole rider competing in WT
Thanks for the update anyway, great job!
Had hoped to be done with transfers by now, but should obviously have shifted some maximum bid money from one rider to another... Well, you can't always win - I'm still pretty satisfied with how it worked out
So, trying to get one more rider on board. Good luck to all who still are trying to sign some riders, too!

cobblers level in CT is crazy...this will complicate our season much more to what expected, and I'm still without a decent climber...

I made my play for Juul-Jensen since he was raised in Ireland (and I have a soft spot for him from MG), but I like how he fits into your team a lot.
As for myself, I've gone basically full roleplay mode with my squad. Get whatever big name Irish and Canadian riders I can afford, even if it means big fees for guys I could have gotten cheaper in free agency.
Maybe in the next year or two we'll switch to trying to compete, but I'm happy just to have a fun season with my theme team to start out.

Okay checked it now, the issue is resolved and the FA table is updated: https://pcmdaily.com/forum/viewthread...st_1380784
Some riders unfortunately get a little bit more expensive.
Teams that were affected by the changes:
41 Grupo Argos
43 Baku
44 Suntory
70 Polestar
82 BP
86 Brugse
Sorry about that hope it doesn't screw over any of your plans! I'll probably give 24h more anyways for this day as I won't be able to do the update on Friday night so we'll do it on Saturday at 10pm. After that we will definitely go to 24h days! |

Yeah that was really unlucky, Argos was leading on both talents already in the update before that's why they got them. For Geissler at least you were far off jandal's maximum so no close miss there, if that helps you feel better |

We finally have a major signing! Missed out on Herder but happy with a few of our other new recruits to team 43.

I don't think so, that limit only applies to WT riders competing in the CT. He won't be able to compete in as many WT races though, due to the WT race days limit for CT teams.

The DB will be updated properly at the end of transfers, I think. Until then you have to ignore things like divisions and the loyalty column

I like this approach, particularly for CT teams. IMO it's a lot more fun to try and build a squad like this and then gradually improve them over a few seasons instead of signing one big name and relying on them to get more than half of your ranking points.
