Anyone else have problems with saving the file after doing the macros?
Does it display some error?
Deadline: Please try to send in your planners until Sunday, let us know in case you need more time.
It says the file has become corrupted and cannot be saved. I'll give it one more try tomorrow.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If it still doesn't work maybe try to do the planning without using the macros. We'll check the planners for correctness anyways once you send them in so if something's wrong we'll make you aware of it.
@df_trek: I believe I have at some point in the past already made a post about the exact calculations. In short: a race is deemed successful if you score more than all points awarded at the race divided by the number of participating teams.
I can check later if I find the post again or make an example. |

I bugged Bikex about this last season, it's somewhere in the ICL 18 general thread. On page 49 of that thread you can see how we did last season.
But going by what Bikex just said: A CT. 2.1 race offers 721 points. If only 15 teams register, which can happen, you'd want 48 points to break even. So 5th with one rider alone, for example, would be enough. With 20 teams you'd need just 36 points, 7th would be enough. This scales up fairly well for other race classes, 7th is just about right everywhere.
Stage races become more complex, with points for stage results, wearing a jersey, points for all the competitions at the end, etc. If you only have one rider and only for the GC, he'd have to do finish better in a stage race because of all the other points available.

Cool, hopefully we can start racing next week then. Finally my pcm detox is about to end.

If someone is able to help me out I'd very very appreciated, head hasn't been in place and the race selection is being too much to rationalize... I've got some work done but the bulk is being too complex, if anyone would be interested please PM me

#team43 is coming back!
I've actually got stuff which will keep me busier than before, so now I've got a reason for being so late on a regular basis. But hey, now I can use ICL as an escape from study requirements, right?
In all seriousness, probably don't expect an HQ update any time soon but I'll certainly be hanging around for this.
Thanks for the email prompt Bikex!

Soon, I'm still waiting for 2 people to send something in that confirmed that they will (and one additional dev team).

Race Planning is almost done. We're only waiting for TVM now, as they came back lately, so they will have a couple of days extra. Ozrocker is working on it already though, so hopefully stuff can get started soon.
In the meantime I'm still missing some Focus Race PMs. Development Teams don't need those, main teams do however. Otherwise I'll have to wake up my drunk friend Coraita41 do pick those races by the sound of names to his wasted mind. As soon as the final planner is in I'll start offering that man some drinks and give him access to the "Focus Races" file on my desktop. |

Come on, lads! I have previews lined up for both divisions which I'm dying to post.

Main team done
Only 39 spare race days... that was tough. U23s will be completed by tomorrow, then I'm all ready to start!

It's been so long... how do we send focus races? Like ID of team and just name of those 3 races? |

Sure, that will do it. I didn't even bother with a team id.
